Though the legendary Chateau Marmont Hotel is rarely referred to as a family-friendly place, it was the perfect setting for Hollywood stylist Andrea Lieberman’s Marie Antoinette-themed baby shower. Nicole Richie, Ellen Pompeo and Gwen Stefani were among the glam guests who gathered inside the hotel’s Bungalow 1 for afternoon tea, hosted by Margaret Maldonado and jeweler Mouawad. “Andrea is like a New York version of me, but way cooler and more talented,” said California girl Stefani (in Diane von Furstenberg). “The fact that we’re pregnant at the same time is such a gift.”

Mother-to-be Gwen Stefani has revealed that she is struggling to pen songs for her upcoming reunion with her No Doubt band mates.
“It’s great to be back together, but songwriting’s a bit slow on my part - it may have something to do with the baby,” the Mirror quotes her as saying.
However, she revealed that she is excited to be back working with the band saying that it is “great to be home with all my boys” on the band’s official website.
The last time Gwen recorded with No Doubt was in 2003 and she has spent recent years working on her solo career and collaborating with a host of musical influences including Linda Perry and Andre 3000.

“We’ve got a few [names] we’re mulling over, but nothing’s decided yet,” Rossdale, 38, told Usmagazine.com at the Desert Smash Celebrity Pro Am Tennis Tournament in Palm Springs, California, on Tuesday.
“We’re both very excited!” he told Us of expecting a second child (son Kingston — one of Us’ babies of the year — was born in 2006).
Rossdale also weighed in on the ongoing Britney Spears saga.
He said he is glad the singer has reunited with her boys.
“Mothers and children should be together,” Rossdale told Us.

Gwen Stefani has been closely monitoring fellow pregnant stars Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, and Halle Berry - so she can share the experience of other A-list mothers-to-be.
The singer has been snapping up celebrity magazines each week, to keep up to date with the latest baby gossip, and learn how a pregnant star is meant to behave. She says, “I’ve got caught up in the whole celebrity pregnancy thing.”

Gwen Stefani is such a saint! She is going to be auctioning off memorabilia from her recent world tour to raise money for California charities. She is offering fans the chance to purchase costumes and set pieces from her 2007 The Sweet Escape concerts, with proceeds benefiting the Orangewood Children’s Foundation and the Children’s Hospital of Orange Counrt.
She says, “When I saw how successful the last charity auction was (in 2007), and how supportive and excited the fans were to be a part of it, I thought it’d be great to do another one. To be able to share these amazing costumes with my fans and raise more money for CHOC and the Orangewood Foundation at the same time is very exciting.”
The lots are scheduled to go on sale in March on eBay.
