Though we will eschew painful football metaphors henceforth, the news here is that Gisele Bundchen – the woman who Brady began dating shortly after ditching an already-pregnant Bridget Moynihan in December – may also be preggers with a Brady baby. The supermodel’s reps say they don’t comment on clients’ personal lives, but a source tells Rush & Molloy, “She has told friends it’s true.” Yesterday, Brazilian media sources were reporting Bundchen’s, ahem, condition.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen wants to spread her good genes. In the new issue of Italian Vanity Fair, the Victoria’s Secret model revealed that she wants a big family.

When the magazine asked Bundchen whether she wants to have kids, she replied, “I’d be lying if I said no – my parents have been married for 35 years and have six children. Thing is, I’m just 26 years old, so I have plenty of time.”

The fact that boyfriend of two months Tom Brady is already expecting a child with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan, hasn’t fazed the couple.

Bundchen brought the Patriots quarterback to Milan Fashion Week recently, and designer Stefano Gabbana told VF, “They looked really good together. He is gorgeous, and if you ask me they are very much in love.”

On love:
“It’s one of the most beautiful things in life, but you have to live it the right way,” she told the mag. “You have to be able to give love before you can receive it.”

On staying in touch with ex Leonardo DiCaprio and his family:
“Certainly we still see each other – I am really fond of his family. When you are with a person for a long time it’s natural that you get tied to their family, but they are separate from the relationship between him and me.”

On her life in New York:
“I really love dancing, but I can assure you that when I am working I never go to parties or nightclubs.”

On keeping it low-key:
“The days that I am busy I very rarely go out in the evening. I prefer to stay at home and cook for my friends.”

On her hobbies:
“I also adore sports, it’s a passion I have had ever since I was a little girl.”

On being a woman of the people:
“Thinking about it, the only difference between me and other people is that I travel a lot more.”

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has slammed reports the fashion industry is to blame for promoting thin models and insists weak families are the real cause behind anorexia. Leonardo DiCaprio’s former girlfriend was visiting her native Brazil this week for Fashion Rio, which has banned models who are under the age of 16 and has required proof of their good health after the death of a Brazilian model from complications due to starvation last year.

She tells newspaper O Globo, “I never suffered from this problem (anorexia) because I had a very strong family base. Parents are responsible, not the fashion industry.”

In September, Spain barred models below a certain weight from Madrid fashion shows, while the Italian government and its fashion designers signed a pact to keep sickly thin girls off the catwalk. Bundchen, who was ranked 16th on Forbes list of the 20 richest women in entertainment this week, said being a model is based on genetics.

She explains, “Everybody knows that the norm in fashion is thin. But excuse me, there are people born with the right genes for this profession.”

The Victoria’s Secret model says she was teased as a child because she was so skinny, adding, “In fashion I felt accepted. I never felt lonely because I always relied on my family.”

Hartnett was spotted at Spotted Pig sucking face with supermodel Gisele Bundchen Saturday night. “They were all over each other,” said the spy. Reps for Harnett didn’t return calls, and a rep for Bundchen would not comment.

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen has reportedly signed a multi-million dollar deal to become a spokesmodel for French cosmetic company Cacharel.  Gisele will front a campaign for Cacharel’s new fragrance – chosen because of her huge popularity in Europe, the Middle East, Japan and China. Bundchen will appear in billboard, magazine and TV adverts due to be filmed in Paris, France in January (07).
