Gigi Hadid And Olympian Ashton Eaton On The August Cover Of VOGUE

Vogue: brought to you by Olympian Ashton Eaton and…Gigi Hadid?

Ashton Eaton, is who Vogue calls “the face of the 2016 games in Brazil,” but it’s interesting how they didn’t want to pair him with a female Olympian, instead, they put uber-popular Gigi in a shoot with him. You know, to make sure people CARED. Eaton has been in deep training in Santa Barbara for the Rio Olympics, so Gigi and crew came to him. Half of the interview is about Gigi, and half is about Ashton Eaton. You can read the full piece here, because I KNOW you care.

This is Gigi’s first American Vogue cover- and she looks good. But Ashton helps! Check some pics out below, along with a video of the shoot!

LOVE IT OR HATE IT: Gigi Hadid’s Weird Tan Sweatsuit Outfit

Gigi Hadid Seen Out And About In NYC

What’s all this, Gigi Hadid?

The model was seen out and about in New York City sporting a beige crop top with matching shorts with flats, and going dangerously close to camel toe territory. Granted, Gigi can pull almost anything off, but I’m extremely confused by the long sleeve crop top, the inside-out shorts and the BEIGE. SO MUCH BEIGE. Did Zayn Malik put you up to this, girl? Is your stomach cold but your arms warm? What’s in the giant bag?

Tell us what you think of her ensemble in the COMMENTS SECTION BELOW!

Gigi Hadid And Zayn Malik “Hit A Rough Patch,” But Are Now Stronger Than Ever!

Back and better than EVER!

As we reported, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik broke up for like a millisecond earlier last month, and now reports are saying that the two are “back to normal” since they’ve come back together!

According to E!, the couple hit rough times while the former One Direction member dealt with the “worst anxiety” of his career as he cancelled his performance during London’s Capital Summertime Ball two weeks ago. A source close to Zayn said:

“Things are back to normal with them. They got through a rough patch that Zayn was facing personally and it started to put a dark cloud on their relationship. Gigi was there for him when he needed her the most and that brought them closer than ever.”

And it’s true- the supermodel wrote a heartwarming message to Zayn after his anxiety admission, even declaring her love for him. AWWWW.

And now, the insider explains that they’re trying to keep thing low key:

“They have been spending some alone time together lately without the media seeing them. Zayn is feeling better with the help of Gigi and many other close people in his life. It’s a work in progress for him.”

Sure is, like the rest of us. Keep on keepin’ on, Zigi!

Woah, Somebody’s Jealous Of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid

Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner And Gigi Hadid Dubbed New 'Brat Pack'

Woah, models of yore versus models of today!

Just this year, Karolina Kurkova and Rebecca Romijn both threw shade on the Kendall Jenners and Gigi Hadids of the modeling world, and now ex-supermodel Stephanie Seymour is getting in on the fun. Seymour was one of the biggest supermodels of the ‘90s, and she was just asked about bad press older models have given current models it by Vanity Fair:

Former model Rebecca Romijn, 43, told Entertainment Tonight last April that Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid “are not true supermodels,” and that she found it frustrating that social-media stars are now considered supermodels and setting style standards. Vanity Fair asked one of the original six, Stephanie Seymour, if she agreed, at Thursday night’s amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York.

“They are completely different than we were,” she said. “Supermodels are sort of the thing of the past. They deserve their own title. [Kendall and Gigi] are beautiful girls, and I support all of them, but they need their own title.”

And what should their title be? “B*tches of the moment!” Seymour said with a laugh. “That would be a good title for them.”

While the debate rages on, Seymour is thankful that her modeling heyday happened before camera phones and photo sharing made anonymity virtually impossible.

“I’m so glad social media didn’t exist during our time. I’m a private person, and sharing everything feels odd to me,” she said. “And because there weren’t cameras around us all the time, we got away with so much more and had so much more fun. We didn’t have people watching us all the time, and we weren’t putting ourselves out there in a way that was turning the media against us or for us in any way. We still had our privacy, and there was more of an illusion behind the girls. You lose your illusion when you give much of yourself away, and that’s what I don’t like about it. I’m so glad it didn’t exist back then. I can’t imagine what it’s like for the girls today.”

This feels like SERIOUS SHADE. “B*tches of the moment?” “needing their own title?” C’mon. Sure, if Gigi and Kendall stick with it, they’ll probably be accepted by the “old guard” supermodels. But for now, yes, they kind of came up in an age of friends and reality stars and supermodels, all sandwiched together in a little SoCal package.
