Gwen Stefani and baby Zuma have left the hospital.
Her room at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — where she and husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed their son at 12:45 p.m. Thursday — is empty.
“Everyone is just so very happy,” Rossdale’s father Douglas told Usmagazine.com Friday morning. “It’s fantastic news, and I’m just so happy.”
He said he “can’t wait” to meet the little guy.
“I’m always proud of Gavin and my grandchildren,” he added.
Zuma joins the couple’s other son Kingston, who turned 2 in May.

Gavin Rossdale despises the pack of photographers who follow his every move when he’s out with wife Gwen Stefani - but can’t stop his mother from buying the tabloid fodder.
The former Bush frontman and his pregnant wife Stefani are constantly hounded by paparazzi eager to get snaps of the star couple with their young son Kingston.
And while he can’t stand having his picture taken, he admits his mom loves seeing him in the newspapers and magazines.
He says, “My mom loves seeing me in the magazines! I try to explain to her not to buy into it because if you do, you feed it (the media frenzy), but when I see them, I’m so vain I just get annoyed about how I look!”

Pregnant singer Gwen Stefani is under immense media pressure to lose her baby weight as soon as possible after giving birth, according to husband Gavin Rossdale.
The No Doubt star, who is due to give birth to her second child this summer, is feeling the strain of having to shed the pounds gained during her pregnancy and return to her slim pre-baby figure.
And rocker Rossdale sympathizes with his wife’s struggle to slim down.
Rossdale says, “Yeah, she does (feel under pressure). I mean, she’s just so dedicated and she’s just amazing with that stuff (weight loss). It’s very hard because everyone’s so judged the whole time.”
The couple are already parents to a two-year-old son, Kingston.

Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale are already planning for their unborn baby’s future - they’re painting the nursery black to ensure the newborn grows up to be a “goth”.
The couple is expecting their second child this year, but have chosen not to find out the sex of the new arrival.
And, instead of opting for more traditional nursery colours like blue, pink or yellow, they are painting the new baby’s room black so the decor will be suitable for either sex.
And former Bush frontman Rossdale is excited about their unusual decorating plans.
He tells Britain’s OK! magazine, “We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl. Plus we are going to put him in a black room. It’ll be a goth baby so it doesn’t matter if it is a boy or a girl.”
Stefani and Rossdale already have one son together, two-year-old Kingston.

Gwen Stefani’s rocker husband Gavin Rossdale has admitted the singer suffered throughout the early days of pregnancy with their second child.
The former No Doubt star is expecting her second baby with the former Bush frontman this summer - and Rossdale admits the first trimester was really hard on the star.
He says, “It was difficult at first. Gwen really wasn’t well and it was tough for her. She was just really tired and was suffering, which is kind of sad in a way. I mean, isn’t it enough that nature distorts your body and stretches and squashes your organs?”
However Rossdale insists he is doing his best to help ease the singer’s pregnancy woes.
He adds, “I’m just trying to be right there for her and trying to help her through it. It’s not easy to be pregnant.”
The couple married in 2002 and has a two-year-old son, Kingston.
