Eva Longoria Parker is the first to admit she packed on a few extra pounds.

But she tells November’s Allure, “I never went up a size!”

“I just got rounder,” the Desperate Housewives stars, 33, goes on. “I’m still a size O.”

(Last month, the actress denied rumors that she was expecting, declaring on a French television show, “I’m just fat.” She said she gained the weight for her Housewives role.)

“I know I’m not pregnant,” Longoria tells Allure once again.

She also said she and husband Tony Parker and doing well, despite constant scrutiny of their marriage.

“I know Tony and I aren’t breaking up,” she tells Allure. “I know we’re not cheating.”

Her personal life wasn’t always so happy.

Growing up, she tells Allure, “I didn’t have a boyfriend. My sisters were so mean to me. They used to say I was adopted and ‘we picked you up at the hospital. You were the extra baby that day.’”

After years of insisting shopping was her form of cardio, Victoria Beckham has succumbed to Los Angeles’ gym culture.

The pop star-turned-fashion designer says she visits the gym seven days a week, concentrating her efforts on the treadmill.

Posh Spice’s decision to start working out means she has had to start eating more, but her exercising means fans won’t ever see her extra meals appearing on her hips or belly.

The mother-of-three admits she has changed her lifestyle since moving to Los Angeles over a year ago after her husband David signed to L.A. Galaxy football team.

Encouraged by her new Hollywood friends Eva Longoria Parker and Jennifer Lopez, Victoria has started to focus more on her health by eating a healthier diet and getting some regular exercise.

The former Spice Girl was disgusted to hear recent reports her slender figure was down to slimming pills, insisting it was combination of her diet and exercise that kept her the shape she is.

She tells The Sun: ‘I run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energised and healthy - there are really nice gyms here and I just enjoy it.

‘David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you’re running.

‘Yes, I am eating more. I think you do eat more when you’re working out. And you want to eat healthily, so it’s good all round.’

Victoria, 34, has filed suit against one magazine in particular over the slimming pills story and is looking forward to her day in court.

She explained: ‘Lots of young girls do look up to me, and I just think it’s ludicrous that they can completely make something like that up. You have to take these things really seriously.

‘There are young girls out there who will think it’s cool to take slimming tablets. Things like that are dangerous and we were furious with it.’

Since launching her own fashion range earlier this year, Victoria admits she is so busy balancing her career with motherhood, she barely shops any more.

She admits she is happier than ever after her fashion line received a storm of praise at New York Fashion Week earlier this month and she is optimistic about the future of her business empire.

She said: ‘I’m so content I’ve even been smiling a bit these days.

‘You know, I could just go shopping every day and sit on my bum.

‘I could do what half these people do in here - sit and have lunch and go shopping - but I’d be so bored. I don’t even go shopping any more.’

On Saturday, Victoria joined Desperate Housewives star Eve to cheer on her husband in action on the pitch.

The two women screamed and yelled in support alongside the Beckhams’ three sons Romeo, Brooklyn and Cruz.
