Well, Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias have made a rare social media appearance, and it wasn’t a kitchy “reunion Pic.” These two are surprisingly enough STILL TOGETHER, and I LOVE IT.
If you can believe it, the two have been dating since 2001 (yes, 2000 FRIGGIN’ 1) and have kept a super low-profile throughout their relationship. And yet, I think the tennis player knew she had to commemorate 35 on Tuesday, and she did so with her beau and little bro Allan.
She captioned the sweet pic:
Girl looks GOOD. And, I’m happy to see one of my favorite throwback couples still going strong. May your weekend be as solid and good-looking as these two. And just for nostalgia’s sake, why not take a walk down memory lane with the video below…
Enrique Iglesias probably won’t be your hero, baby…at least if you’re on the passenger side.
The singer got busted for trying to slip out of the driver’s seat of his ride when cops pulled him over recently, which is a very dignified way of saying, “why yes, officer, I AM driving with a suspended license. Thanks so much for checking in on me!”
According to TMZ, Iglesias was driving a white Cadillac Escalade back in May when cops pulled him over for driving in a closed off express lane (which is something you should DEFINITELY do if you are driving with a suspended license). That’s when Miama police say Enrique did the old switcheroo- he hopped into the back seat while his passenger slid into the driver’s seat.
Obvi, cops were NOT amused.
Enrique and the passenger, his tour manager, both got arrested and as of now, both pled not guilty to obstruction. Enrique also pled not guilty to driving with a suspended license.
I’m no fortune teller, but sounds to me like you have some community service and a major fine in your future, Enrique. Next time- get your license renewed, and maybe stick to OPEN express lanes?
I’ve heard for years that Enrique Iglesias has a small d**k. I’m pretty convinced I’ve heard it from him….. like in a joking way. I know I’ve heard in years past him talk about his small p3nis.
Now I know it was him, because he’s talking about it again. He got a little too close and personal during a meet and greet with fans in Miami last month. In a Q&A with Billboard’s Leila Cobo, he gave a little TMI.
Iglesias may be newly single after ending his almost 12-year relationship with tennis pro Anna Kournikova, but he’s been staying positive. When asked what he likes to do in his free time, Iglesias said, “I go skinny-dipping if there are no paparazzi around.” Cobo then asked where he goes to swim in his birthday suit, to which he replied, “I’m not going to tell you because it would ruin my career. There’s not a lot to show off.”
What?! Iglesias certainly knows how to laugh at himself. When asked what his “worst defect” is, he responded, “My worst defect is from my waist down. I’m sorry, no, that’s not my worst defect . . . but it is a little curved.”
Thanks for the visual Enrique! (And poor Anna Kournikova!) Did they really break up? There have been rumors the two were splitting – but I didn’t know it had been confirmed?
After is became public that Latin pop singer Enrique Igelsias wouldn’t be touring with Britney Spears this summer, many thought that he was snubbing the pop princess at the last minute. He took to his twitter page last night, March 30, to clear up any confusion and to quell any rumors:
“Hey guys, sorry for the confusion regarding a possible tour in the summer with Britney Spears. We are on the Euphoria tour and will continue to do so including some soon-to-be-announced dates in US. So hope to see all of you soon”
The announcement of their pairing came on Good Morning America on Tuesday, right before Britney took the stage to perform on the morning talk show. When Enrique’s people heard about it, they quickly denied the news, and it blindsided Britney and her reps.
Enrique’s spokesperson stated:
“Unfortunately, Enrique Iglesias and Britney Spears will not be touring together. Despite initial reports based on formal discussions of the possible run, Enrique will continue on his solo tour in support of his new album EUPHORIA. Enrique has great respect for Britney and is a longtime fan of her work. He is very sorry for the confusion this might have caused to anyone.”
Live Nation, who are responsible for promoting the shows, sent out a media blast saying:
