Rapper T.I. has formed a strong bond with Eminem in recent months, after the hip-hop mogul reached out to the Bring ‘Em Out star to offer his support during his legal woes.
T.I. was handed a 1,000-hour community service sentence in March, after pleading guilty to weapons charges relating to his October arrest, when he allegedly tried to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers.
And, while spending several months on house arrest at his Atlanta, Georgia home, T.I. reveals a number of his hip-hop peers got in touch to help him through his troubled times.
But no one was more supportive than Slim Shady.
Speaking on Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9, T.I. says, “I wasn’t expecting to hear from nobody. I made a point not to reach out to people… because I didn’t want to get none of my trash in nobody else’s yard… Jeezy actually came to one of my hearings. …I spoke to (Lil) Wayne a couple times, spoke to Puff (Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs), Jay(-Z) a few times. I probably spoke to Busta (Rhymes) the most. The only person I spoke to more than Busta was Eminem. Me and Eminem stayed in contact, stayed on the phone. Just checking in on each other, making sure one another was doing good. Of course I spoke to Nelly, a lot.”

Eminem is in the studio and working out to get back into fighting shape.
The reclusive Detroit rapper “has been cutting new tracks with Dr. Dre,” a music insider said. “They still have a ways to go, but so far it’s really good.” The album should be out by the end of the year or early next year. By then, Eminem is expected to be looking lean and mean again.
After he was snapped by paparazzi packing on the pounds, he hired a personal trainer and is now working out daily to get rid of the extra weight. A rep said, “He’s always in the studio and has worked with a trainer before.”

Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Mathers blames the end of their marriage on the rapper’s constant cheating during their relationship. The singer, real name Marshall Mathers, and Kim have had a turbulent on-and-off relationship for nearly 20 years, which resulted on them being twice married and divorced.
She says the biggest challenges in the relationship were “him being on the road and on tour. That was like the big one and constant infidelities – all the time.”
Kim says she found out about his affairs, “Just from word of mouth (and) walking in on him a few times.” The 32-year-old confirms she caught him cheating saying, “Yeah, on his (tour) bus.”
