Actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt made their union official on Saturday in a private ceremony at the Villa D’este in Como, Italy.
Krasinski’s rep confirmed the wedding, according to published reports, adding that Blunt wore a custom cream chiffon sweetheart draped Marchesa gown with embroidered detail.
The bride also wore a three-carat diamond and platinum ring from Neil Lane, according to People magazine.
A source told Us Weekly that the wedding was “an outdoor ceremony and absolutely beautiful.”
The report adds that actor George Clooney, who has a villa in Italy, and girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis were among those in attendance. Clooney and Krasinski co-starred in the movie “Leatherheads”
Krasinski, 30, and Blunt, 27, began dating in 2008 and became engaged in August 2009.

Emily Blunt developed a stutter at the age of 10 and found it extremely hard to live with.
“I remember that when it first started to kick in I thought it was a habit, but when it really starts to ingrain itself upon you it becomes an anguished situation to live your life in, especially when you’re a kid, when you’re only trying to appear very cool. I was definitely not cool,” said Blunt, who appeared in The Devil Wears Prada and won a Golden Globe nomination for her starring role in The Young Victoria.
When she turned 12, she stopped speaking altogether! “[I thought] ‘Why am I like this? Why have I got this stupid voice problem? Everyone else can talk, what’s my problem?’ My friends started to accept my stutter as just who I was but I didn’t like being accepted in that way.
“It felt like a mental mountain that I found impossible to overcome.”
Blunt’s mother took her to see specialists but they failed to help. The stutter disappeared when a teacher suggested Blunt spoke in a Northern accent for a school play. “I wouldn’t say that I ceased to stutter after that, that it was some huge revelation. But for the first time in five years I was able to speak fluently,” she told The Daily Beast website.
The actress, now 27, was speaking before a benefit event in aid of the American Institute for Stuttering.

British actress Emily Blunt has vowed never to join the celebrity social networking craze on Twitter.com — because she refuses to “bore” her fans with useless updates about her everyday life.
The private Devil Wears Prada star can’t understand why anyone would want to know about her daily routine and insists the micro-blogging site is simply “awful.”
She tells People magazine, “Twitter (is) literally the most awful thing. It’s mind-numbingly boring to hear about people’s adventures at the gas station. I couldn’t care less.”
Blunt recently admitted to maintaining a “dual existence” in a bid to keep details about her relationship with actor fiancé John Krasinski out of the tabloids.
She told PopEater.com, “You have to have a dual existence… You have the acting side of it and the business life… and then you have your private life and your downtime. You have to make that divide, and make it clear to you.”
