Jessica Simpson’s baby shower was held over the weekend, and I here we have some pictures!

Jessica is due to have a baby girl any day now. The 31-year-old wore a blue snakeskin dress to her shower in Culver City on Sunday, which was attended by family and friends.

Among the guests at the shower were Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Alba, Odette Yustman and sister Ashlee Simpson.

“She seemed completely ecstatic,” an eyewitness told Us of the fete.

Simpson told ELLE magazine she’s hopeful that her baby girl takes after her mama — not her sporty dad, fiance Eric Johnson. “I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” she admits, laughing. “Eric is so athletic. We’re gonna have this athletic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping.”

Actress Ellen Pompeo makes the most of her day and stocks up on fresh produce and meat this afternoon (March 1) in Los Angles, California. The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star first stops for produce at the local produce market, but then takes a walk over to McCall’s Meat & Fish Company for some specialty meats! Sporting a black hooded sweatshirt and lavender athletic pants, Ellen then jumps in her Range Rover and heads home. In case you didn’t know, Pompeo and her ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ co-stars will be showing off their vocal skills in a new musical number in the next episode.
