She’s got looks that kill. What a great dress. I wonder what kind of shoes she’s got on with it.
Liz Hurley has the most desirable body, according to a survey of British women.
The actress came top in a poll conducted by New Woman magazine, which asked its readers to vote for whose body they would most like to emulate.
And it was the British actress-cum-model who came out on top, edging Victoria Beckham into second place and former popstar Myleene Klass into third.
New Woman editor Helen Johnston said the Estee Lauder model, who famously showed off her figure in a revealing Versace dress held together by safety pins, had the perfect shape.
“She is pencil-slim but still curvy, the ideal most women desperately want,” she said.
“However, ordinary women can comfort themselves with the fact it is a 24-hour-a-day job, requires iron determination and probably very little food.
“For most of us, a body like Elizabeth Hurley’s would require a lifetime of sacrifice.”
Making up the top five were actress Kelly Brook and supermodel Kate Moss, but it was an eclectic mix of shapes and sizes which made the list.
Alongside leggy models such as Cat Deeley (seventh), was the svelte figure of Keira Knightley (tenth) and also the voluptuous enhancements of Jordan (eighth). More than 5,000 women voted in the poll.

Elizabeth Hurley has been threatened with legal action in India, by a man who claims her wedding to Arun Nayar was illegal. The model/actress wed businessman Nayar in Jodhpur on Friday, but local Vishnu Khandewal is claiming the traditional ceremony broke the law – because Hurley is not Hindu.
Khandewal, who has filed his lawsuit at a Jodhpur court, has cited a section of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses the “deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings”. He says, “She has hurt the religious sentiments of the community by marrying in Hindu style, which is a criminal offense.”
The case will be heard by a judge on March 21.

Elizabeth Hurley has married Indian businessman Arun Nayar in a traditional Hindu ceremony where the groom trotted down the aisle on a horse.
The ceremony in Jodhpur in the desert state of Rajasthan wrapped up a week of lavish Indian wedding celebrations after their civil marriage last week at a castle in England.
Hurley, 41, her 42-year-old husband Nayar and their 240 guests enjoyed the kind of pageantry once reserved for maharajahs as they shuttled between palaces and an ancient hilltop fort around Jodhpur.

Following the ceremony, the wedding party headed to the city’s huge Meherangarh Fort overlooking the blue-painted city to feast on Jodhpur’s rich, buttery cuisine, accompanied by traditional Rajasthani singers and showers of flower petals.
The guests will dine on obscure Indian cuisine from Rajasthan, including wheat dumplings mixed into a soup of savoury lentils and food wrapped in leaves and cooked by embers while buried in the earth.
The wedding sparked some controversy in Rajasthan’s state assembly, where a communist politician dubbed the event as a symbol of feudalism.
A crowd of about 50 journalists stormed through security officials guarding the fort as curious wedding guests took pictures of the chaos a few hours after the ceremony.
The couple’s two-night stopover in Mumbai earlier in the week was also immersed in problems after authorities tore down part of a venue built to host the wedding party because it infringed on a popular beach.
