On Tuesday, Paris Hilton denied breaking up with Doug Reinhardt. She took to her Twitter page to silence the rumors, writing, “Can’t a girl have a night out in Las Vegas with her sister, without fake stories being posted. That story is a ridiculous lie. 100 per cent FALSE.”

And now she comes clean: they’re done.

A spokesperson for Hilton confirmed the split to Gossip Cop: “The relationship between Paris and Doug is over. She broke up with him more than 2 weeks ago.”

E! has learned exclusively that Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt have broken up for a second time.

Despite rumors that the two were on their way to wedded bliss, a source tells E! the couple recently split up. A source says Paris is the one who broke it off. “Obviously she broke up with him,” says the source.

Still, when asked earlier this week about a possible split, Paris told E!, “all is good.”

Obviously, there’s more here than meets the eye…

The split comes after weeks of Hilton and Reinhardt being photographed out separately. While Paris spent Easter with her family in Palm Springs, Reinhardt was in Aspen with his family.

Meanwhile, this weekend, Paris has been living it up looking single in Las Vegas where she partied at Wet Republic and Tao (where, coincidentally, Kim Kardashian’s ex Reggie Bush was also seen, though a source tells E! that Hilton and Bush did not interact).

Sources say that Reinhardt had thought about visiting Hilton in Sin City to talk things out. “He was in Aspen with his dad this weekend and was considering stopping by Vegas on the drive back, but changed his mind,” says the source. “I’m pretty sure that’s why he went to Aspen…to hide out and try to get over her.”

Yet if Reinhardt intends to win her back, he faces an uphill battle. This time, says the source, It’s really over.

A source told X17online: “Paris and Doug looked like they were on a honeymoon. They would be on the beach for hours, just staring into each other’s eyes, kissing and laughing. At dinner Doug’s mom was overheard referring to Paris as her, ‘daughter-in-law’ and it’s pretty clear that Paris’ family feels the same way about Doug.”

While enjoying the break the couple reportedly went scuba diving through local ship wrecks as well as enjoying the facilities of the estate, including a private swimming pool, tennis court, fitness centre and cinema.

Paris, 29, has previously talked of the possibility of her and Doug, 24, marrying this year.

She said: “I wouldn’t rule out a wedding in 2010. With how amazing everything is going between us, I see a very bright and happy future.”

After a night out in February with Doug and her parents, Paris tweeted about how pleased she was at how well they got on.

She wrote: “What a fun night! My mom and Doug were so cute dancing together! I love how my parents love my love! We all had a blast! Great night! (sic).”

Paris Hilton is considering marrying Doug Reinhardt.

The socialite – who turned 29 last Wednesday – belatedly celebrated her birthday with ‘The Hills’ star in Las Vegas on Saturday and admitted she couldn’t be happier.

When asked if they were planning to wed, she said: “We’ll see what happens in the future, but right now we are so happy to be together and we are really in love.”

Paris and Doug were joined at nightspot Tao by her parents Rick and Kathy Hilton, who appear to have given their daughter’s romance their full backing.

During the evening, Paris tweeted: “Vegas is crazy! I’ve never seen Tao so packed! It seemed like it was New Year’s Eve! GREAT Night!

“What a fun night! My mom and Doug were so cute dancing together! I love how my parents love my love! We all had a blast! Great night! (sic)”

Doug also took to twitter to gush about the family occasion.

He posted: “What an amazing night with Mr. and Mrs. Hilton along with my beautiful princess.”
