Another audio recording has been released by Michael Lohan to Radar Online, but this time Dina Lohan is the main attraction, saying Lindsay “punched her in the face” when she tried to take her to rehab last year.

“You don’t even know what I’d go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff,” Dina told Michael over the phone. “She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car… like you don’t know the (expletive) I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult.”

The first tape released this week was of Lindsay sobbing over the phone to her dad. The release of the tape led to Lindsay Tweeting to call her father a “loser.”

This release of Dina’s led to a more tame Tweet from Linds: “Good news is, I haven’t called him many times @ all-so, it will end sooner than later!!! Lol.”

Hopefully she’s right!

Dina Lohan, star of the E! show “Living Lohan,” as well as mother to actress and starlet Lindsay, is announcing the creation of her new own shoe line, “Shoe-han.” She is also becoming a national spokesmodel for the popular LoveMyShoes.com retail designer ladies footwear stores.

Other celebrities that have sold millions of shoes include: Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Simpson, Gwen Stefani, Star Jones, and Carlos Santana.

LoveMyShoes.com hopes to have Dina’s shoes available world-wide from coast to coast by Mother’s Day. She will be appearing as a shoe fashionista later this on month on television and radio commercials. The shoe store chain was founded on Long Island, home of the Lohan family.

If there’s one person that’s solidly in Lindsay Lohan’s corner these days, it’s her momager, Dina Lohan, who praises her daughter as a “genius” who just wants to be successful in her career and live happily with a family.

Lindsay’s most recent foray into the entertainment business is the production company she just started, a venture Dina is all about.

“She’s a genius. Such a good heart,” Dina told OK! at the Charlotte Russe 2009 Fall Launch in NYC, adding that Lindsay will also be heading behind the camera.

“Lindsay will direct one day. She loves directing,” Dina revealed to OK!.

And although Lindsay’s acting career might seem at a low ebb right now, Dina thinks a busy career isn’t the only thing to aim for in life.

“You know what, I taught my children to love. And if you fall in love, life is about that. Family, it’s not about work. You want goals, you want it to be, but you still want someone to share that with, so it’s kind of an open ended question. We’re all living that,” Dina explains to OK!. “We’re all looking for love and someone to be with; someone to share that with. My parents have been married for 50 years, we see that and that is important. It’s work, but you want to separate it, go home and have a family. [Work] is not going to be forever.”
