Dina Lohan is writing a memoir, and she’s ready to expose all the inner-problems of her troubled daughter Lindsay. TMZ obtained a copy of the book’s prologue, claims that the book is currently being shopped around to different publishers. Dina reportedly opens the book with her struggles in defining the fine line between being Lindsay’s mother and her manager, and obvious line that she’s blurred somewhere along the way.

“I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an [sic] newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay’s way of daily living — and it tore me up inside,.”

Bebe Buell, rock legend and mother to actress Liv Tyler, recently sat down with Steppin’ Out magazine and gave them her two cents about fellow famous mom Dina Lohan.

Let’s just say she isn’t Dina’s biggest fan.

“What her mother has done with Lindsay is morally wrong and disgusting. She should back off. Lindsay is the one with the talent. She’s the star,” Bebe told Chaunce Hayden.

“Dina Lohan’s relationship with her daughter Lindsay disturbs me. I don’t see a mother and a daughter there. If my beautiful daughter was like that… I mean Lindsay and Liv were practically born on the same day. So I look at Lindsay and I see my own child in her because there’s a great talent there.

“But if my baby girl got that screwed up I would NOT allow to make her own decisions. I’m sorry! Anybody can think what they want. But I would abduct my child and I would make sure that I didn’t leave her side until she didn’t have those problems anymore. But she also has to be responsible for her own actions. Her mother needs to start being a mother and not yes her to death.”

Bebe says she has the secret to reviving Lindsay’s career.

“If Lindsay spent a year with me I could turn her around. I could have her winning her first Oscar in two years!”

“The first thing I would do is put 10 pounds on her. She needs a more kittenish quality. She’s looking too thin right now. That’s not a good look. And she also needs to go back to being a natural red head. The blonde hair doesn’t work. It ages her. She just needs the right people around her. She’s got it all man. She’s just around people who don’t get it.”

She also has a few words of advice.

“She needs to stop going out and not being seen for a while. The mother going with her to events and witnessing her throwing drinks and stuff like that infuriates me! It makes me angry! It’s about a lack of education and connection on the mother’s part. I don’t mean school when I say education. I’m talking about the education of the soul. Some people just aren’t elevated. They’re not there yet. She’s driven by money, not spirituality. I gave up the desire for money to be there for my daughter. I feel that’s what Dina should be doing. Be there for Lindsay, like I’m there for Liv.”

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina hit Le Bain at the Standard Hotel in NYC last night where they hosted a party on behalf of Lovecat Magazine.

Lindsay is included in the magazine’s latest issue, the Summer of Sex.

She wore an ultra-low cut dress which accentuated her chest, revealing an ample amount of cleavage.

While she made sure she was head and shoulders above the rest of the guests at the party in an unusual pair of grey wedge heels.

Meanwhile her mother Dina, 48, wasn’t about to let her daughter take all the limelight.

She squeezed herself into a red leather number, topped off with a pair of black heels and a gold clutch.

The duo made their way into the Standard Hotel where quarterly fashion magazine Lovecat held a party at Le Bain, the hotel’s 18th floor rooftop club.

Is it just me or do Dina and Lindsay look the same age!? Jeez louise, that’s some hard living! Lindsay needs to go back to her natural hair color. This bleach blonde look isn’t doing her any favors.

Michael Lohan wants to reunite with his ex-wife and mother of his four children, Dina Lohan. It’s been a bitter war between the two since their divorce in 2007. But now that Michael is undergoing treatment for “anger issues” on ‘Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew’, he realizes that he wants to be a family man again.

A production source tells RadarOnline.com: “Michael has been revealing that he wants to get back together with Dina. It’s a shocking revelation, to say the least. Michael feels that Lindsay‘s troubles are because of his divorce with Dina. Michael wants his family back.

“Michael is realistic that too much may have happened and that it will probably never transpire, but he says he loves Dina, even after all of the bad blood that’s been split.”

Meanwhile, as RadarOnline.com previously reported Dina claims that Lindsay is no longer talking to her father – but – not so, according to Michael.

“Michael says that is absolutely not true,” the Celebrity Rehab source tells RadarOnline.com. “He boasts that he talks to Lindsay at least once a day, but it’s never while the cameras are rolling. The problem with Michael is that things are seemingly different in reality than how he describes them, or recalls them.

“Dr. Drew isn’t certain about how honest Michael is being with him and in the group setting.”

However, another source also insists that Michael has been talking to Lindsay “frequently” during his time filming the show.

And with Celebrity Rehab ‘Graduation Day’ set for this Sunday Michael is praying for a Lohan family reunion to mark the event, according to our source.

“Michael would love it if Dina, Lindsay, Michael Jr., Cody and Ali all came. He is doubtful that will happen though because they refused to participate in ‘Family Day,’ which was last weekend.”

Two people that were there to celebrate ‘Family Day’ with Michael though were his mother Marilyn and his ex-girlfriend Kate Major.

And, one thing’s for sure, however the Graduation eventually pans out it’s bound to make great TV viewing – in fact: “This season of Celebrity Rehab is going to be the most shocking yet,” the source promises.

Despite what you may have heard, Dina Lohan wants you to know that her daughter Lindsay was not fired from her role as Linda Lovelace in Inferno. She says that Lindsay turned it down!

Dina said, “She turned Inferno down.” Even though the director, Matthew Wilder said, “We are withdrawing our offer from Lindsay Lohan.”

The director has been nothing but supportive of Lindsay’s rehab success prior to that. He had made a statement previously saying that they were going to stick by Lindsay, throughout her stay at the Betty Ford Center. After that, it was discovered that the role had gone to Malin Ackerman.

Dina said not to believe the hype, though. She said that Lindsay walked away from the project because, “The movie is about a drug addict and a porn star…it is hard when you are a serious actor with what she has been through, we don’t need that.”

Dina added, “It was hard for her to turn it down, because it was an amazing role. She made the ultimate decision, she always does.”

And despite the “uninsurable” claims, Dina says her daughter has “had a lot of offers” for film work once she’s out of rehab.

Dina Lohan is really pulling out all of the stops in an attempt to get her daughter Lindsay back to New York for the holidays. Unfortunately for her, her plans may not succeed at all.

Perhaps she thinks that the law doesn’t apply to Lohans? Who knows?

Dina said yesterday, “I am still trying to get her to New York to be with us for Thanksgiving.” It was already said that the Judge in the case wanted Lindsay to stay put right where she is. She’s doing well at the Betty Ford Center, but probably urged her mom to try and pull some strings.

Although Lindsay wanted to join her family back east, it looks as if she is stuck in California for Thanksgiving this year, RadarOnline.com has learned.

“The judge has not given her permission to leave the state, in fact, she can’t get permission until after January 3rd,” said our source.

But even with the judges orders in place, Dina has not given up trying to be with her daughter and longs to spend time with her.

”I would love to have her with me during the holidays,” Dina told RadarOnline.com.

But a friend of the star feels that staying in Los Angeles might just be the best thing for his close pal.

“She’s been doing really well in rehab, and it’s just better that she doesn’t travel while’s she’s still working on getting better.”

Meanwhile, the Betty Ford Center will be serving a buffet-style Thanksgiving dinner. The cafeteria staff will prepare turkey, ham, stuffing and all the holiday trimmings.

During dinner there will be a “Gratitude Celebration” where family members and staff take the opportunity to praise each patient and congratulate them for maintaining a sober and drug free life.

She needs to stay in rehab and heal herself before she thinks of anyone else. She doesn’t want to end up like Heath Ledger or Brittany Murphy.

Mother of the year, Dina Lohan is not happy with ‘Glee‘ or Gwyneth Paltrow.

An attorney for Dina is speaking out about the episode that aired last Tuesday, in which Gwyneth mocks Lindsay Lohan’s many trips to rehab.

“Dina Lohan and her three other children are very sadly disappointed with the ['Glee'] writers, and also disappointed that a huge celebrity such as Gwyneth Paltrow, would relay such a message about a contemporary,” Stephanie Ovadia, attorney for Dina Lohan and her children, told Access Hollywood on Thursday.

During Tuesday night’s episode, Gwyneth’s substitute teacher character, Holly Holiday, attempted to teach her students Spanish by reciting sentences about Lindsay’s trips to rehab, calling her “loca.”

The Lohan family has not yet decided if they will take legal action against the show.

Lindsay is currently in rehab at The Betty Ford Center and is expected to be released in January.

I say lighten up Dina! It’s just a TV show and it’s just a joke.
