Avril Lavigne and ex-husband Deryck Whibley were spotted leaving Madeo in West Hollywood after having dinner together last night.

Looks like Avril Levigne may be bringing back a little bit of her old “Skater Boy” style by sporting pink and green hair. She and boyfriend Brody Jenner were spotted arriving in Monte Carlo, Monaco on Feb. 18.

The Canadian rocker was recently in London for a special preview of her upcoming album “Goodbye Lullaby“, which is due to be released on March 8. The album is being released 4 years after her last album, “The Best Damn Thing” was released, Lullaby will be her 4th album.

It’s said this album will include collaborations with Butch Walker and Max Martin and will even have a contribution from ex-husband, Sum 41 front-man Deryck Whibley, whom she divorced in 2009.

She spoke out about her upcoming albums delayed release by saying:

“”This has been a really difficult record for me to create and to release,” she wrote. “Not only is this the most meaningful and special record I have written, it is sincere, honest and close to my heart. But for the first time I experienced a bunch of bureaucratic BS… People do their best work when they are doing what they want, love and is natural for them, not when you are forcing them to be something that they are not.”

I’ve heard her newest single “What the Hell” and actually liked it. It reminds me a lot of her the songs off of her first album, which I was a fan of. If the rest of the new album is as catchy, I’m sure she’ll have a hit. For now I’m sure she’ll be enjoying some fun in the sun with boyfriend Brody Jenner before all of the promoting craziness begins.

Looks like Avril Lavigne has some decision-making to do! The “Complicated” singer was spotted leaving rumored boyfriend Brody Jenner’s apartment (not pictured) and heading directly to the Crown Bar, where she met up with on/off husband Deryck Whibley (pictured). Lavigne filed for divorce from Whibley in September last year. She is rumored to have been dating “The Hills” star Brody Jenner since February.

Avril took to her personal website to confirm that she is in fact separating from husband, Deryck Whibley:

Deryck and I have been together for 6 and a half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship. I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note.

According to an Us insider, Whibley, 29, “is crushed” by her decision.

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on,” another source told the new Us Weekly, adding that Lavigne forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,000-square-foot estate in L.A.’s Bel Air.  “Divorce papers will be filed any day now.”

After three years of marriage, Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have split, Us Weekly reports in its latest issue (on newsstands now).

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on,” a source tells the new Us Weekly, adding that Lavigne, 25, forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,00-square-foot estate in L.A.’s Bel Air. “Divorce papers will be filed any day now.”

Things are about to get “Complicated” for Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley. Sources close to the couple, who have been married since 2006, say they’re headed for Splitsville.

That seemed apparent when the Canadian songstress was out and about in Southampton last weekend – sans hubby and looking anything but married.

“She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself,” says a source close to the “Sk8er Boi” singer.

A spy at celebrity eatery Georgica indeed saw Lavigne getting away – but hardly spending any time alone. Instead, says the onlooker, she was partying hard and hanging with a number of male admirers. Only later in the evening did Lavigne get paranoid about what the nearby paparazzi may have captured on film. “She kept running up to the photographers and asking to see the pictures they took,” says one partygoer.

Lavigne continued her Saturday night at another Hamptons hot spot, Axe Lounge, where she danced the night – and perhaps her rocky marriage – away.

Trouble has been brewing since early this year for Lavigne and Whibley, who haven’t been photographed together since last December – and things have gotten significantly colder between the two since the summer heated up. Whibley attended the L.A. premiere of “Transformers” solo on June 22, while his missus jetted off to Saint-Tropez for a week with her girlfriends. One vacationer at the celeb-studded Riviera getaway spilled that she was definitely enjoying the paradise and pina coladas, perhaps a little bit too much.

So what does this mean for Lavigne’s upcoming album, which her Sum 41 husband was supposed to be helping her with?

Industry insiders say that although the two have already worked together on a few tracks for the CD, due out Nov. 17, Lavigne will be going ahead with it solo – just like her weekend in the Hamptons.

Reps for both Lavigne and Whibley didn’t respond to calls for comment.
