Denise Richards is a mom again!
The actress, 40, recently adopted a baby girl domestically, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. Richards named her daughter Eloise Joni after her mother, who lost her battle with cancer in 2007. The baby girl is only a few weeks old.
“Denise and Eloise’s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed,” the actress’ rep tells Us.
The Wild Things star has two daughters — Sam, 7, and Lola, 5 — from her previous marriage to Charlie Sheen.

In the midst of his lawsuit against ‘Two And A Half Men’ producer Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros., Charle Sheen is having trouble remaining close with his daughters. Sheen is reportedly planning a birthday party for 7-year-old daughter Sam, and Denise Richards won’t allow it!
Sam’s birthday was yesterday, and Denise was not going to let Charlie into her home to see the children because of his current manic behavior in the media spotlight, TMZ reports
But Charlie did not try and see Sam, the report says, and just called her yesterday evening.
It doesn’t sound like Charlie to give in so easily, and TMZ reports the reason he did not see Sam on her birthday is because he plans to throw a party of his own this weekend for the 7-year-old and has invited all of her friends.
As a result, Denise reportedly stops Charlie’s party plans from happening, so now Charlie may be taking her to…

That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. Charlie Sheen wants to take Denise Richards to court! Surprise, surprise!

Denise Richards flew to NYC this week to tape an appearance on “The View” and it just so happened to be the same day that the show was featuring a segment on dog adoption. As you can see by the photo above, Denise fell in love with one of the pups and adopted her on the spot! She shared on Twitter:
“The View was about dogs. Guess who’s going home with one! Been at a rescue for 1 yr… Time for a home!!”
“The cute dog is all taken care of..heading to her new home! My girls are excited….quick trip!”
After arriving back home in L.A., she shared another shot of the dog getting comfy at her new pad:
“Settling into our home..thinking of naming her Coco!”

That didn’t take long!
After a few weeks of casual dating, Denise Richards and rocker Nikki Sixx have gone their separate ways.
UsMagazine.com first broke the news that Charlie Sheen‘s ex, 39, began quietly dating the Motley Crue bassist, 52, in December.
“They have a lot in common and are taking things slowly,” a source close to the pair told Us at the time of Richards and Sixx, who have been neighbors for years.
After news of a split surfaced late Saturday, a Richards insider confirmed her romance with the rocker was never that serious to begin with.
“It’s crazy how this is being made out to be some big breakup. They were never exclusive or serious to begin with!” the insider tells Us. “I could count on my hand how many times they went out.
“They decided to try it and she was not interested,” continues the source. “That’s dating! This isn’t some big, dramatic split.”
A rep for the actress had no comment.

Apparently there was a death hoax that circulated about Charlie Sheen on Twitter, but his ex-wife, Denise Richards laid those rumors to rest.
She tweeted, “The rumor about Charlie Sheen is not true. He is alive and on his way over to see his daughters. Thank u all for your concern.”
People reports:
On Sunday, Twitter and various blogs were abuzz with a rumor that Sheen had died in a snowboarding accident. One such false report said the Two and a Half Men star, 45, “lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed.”

Denise Richards’ kids were informed by a student at their school that Santa Claus doesn’t exist!
She says that she was able to convince them of good ol’ Saint Nick, telling them they were given false information. She said, “It was almost blown. There was a little girl at school – Sammy told me, ‘Mom, is it true you put your name on the present?’ and I said, ‘No.’ I love that they believe in Santa. It’s so fun.”

Discussing her children, Denise believes her eldest daughter is most similar to her dad because of her “focus”.
“Lola’s definitely very spontaneous and very chatty and all of that, and Sammy, I would say she’s got a lot of Charlie in her — she’s very quiet, she’s very focused, which is fantastic with school and everything,” she said.
“But I think there’s a lot of me in both of them. And Sam is definitely more like her dad and Lola’s a lot like my mom too.”
Earlier this month, Denise revealed her daughters wanted to have American Girl dolls for Christmas.
“Have you heard of American Girl? That’s all they want. They actually went through the catalog, and that’s all that’s on their lists,” she said.
