While Charlie Sheen has promised to no longer speak about his estranged ex Denise Richards to the press, the actress has clearly not taken the same vow.

“I’m done with Charlie,” she tells AOL. “I’m at a point where I’m sick of it, and now I’ll just talk because I’ve had three years of this. It’s crazy.”

“Crazy” are all the “lies” the actor puts out there about her, trying to paint in her in a negative light, Denise says. Some of his untruths? That she wanted to crash his wedding to Brooke Mueller, requested an early copy of his OK! wedding cover story, received $40 million in their divorce and asked him for his sperm.

“All of that is garbage,” she says. “He needs to shut up. He talks about me exploiting the kids, but he’s exploiting our entire situation in the public.”

Although Charlie’s remarried, Denise is not looking for a new relationship yet despite the fact that the series premiere of her reality show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated showed her going on a date.

“I’ve been through hell,” she says. On top of everything else, I lost my mother over the holidays. I’m not looking for a relationship. If one happens to come along, fantastic. But I’m fine just focusing on being with my girls and working and getting things more settled.”

And perhaps another Playboy spread is in the cards as well.

“It’s still a possibility. It’s so iconic and fun. I think that my niche is as a sex symbol. I’m never going to be the girl next door, so why not play up my niche?”

Denise Richards has offered an olive branch to her ex-husband Charlie Sheen – pleading with the star to stop publicly bashing her now he has re-married.

The former couple divorced in 2006 and has since been embroiled in a bitter dispute over custody of their two daughters, three-year-old Sam and Lola, two.

And they have taken any opportunity open to them to showcase their distaste for each other, with Sheen accusing the beauty of sending him emails begging him to donate his sperm so that she could carry another one of his children.

The claim infuriated Richards, who slammed the star, saying, “I don’t want Charlie’s prostitute-tranny-infested sperm”, when defending herself to New York’s gossip column Page Six.

Sheen also blasted their time as husband and wife after his recent marriage to Brooke Mueller, saying, “It feels like my first real marriage (to Mueller). The first one (to Donna Peele) was a show, the second (to Richards) was a con, and this one is the real deal.”

But, now, Richards claims she is tired of their public feuding, and is hoping her former partner will act “civil” towards her now that he has a new wife.

She says, “He loves to trash me in the press and discredit me and has tried to sabotage my show. I can’t change that, so I just keep living my life. I hope that now that he’s married, he can move forward and be civil.”

U.S. reality series Denise Richards: It’s Complicated first aired on, just days before Sheen and Mueller tied the knot in a Los Angeles ceremony.

Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards have been ordered to split $150,000 in attorney’s fees relating to their ongoing custody battle.

The pair divorced in 2006 but has since been embroiled in a bitter dispute over custody of their two daughters, three-year-old Sam and Lola, two.

They have spent months in court battling over the amount of time Sheen has with his children and his right to choose the nannies for their kids – rather than allowing his ex-wife’s employees into his home.

And now – in a hearing on Monday – a Los Angeles judge has ordered Sheen and Richards to equally split the bill which has been racked up by their ongoing legal feud.

Sheen remarried last week, with Brooke Mueller becoming his third wife at a small ceremony in L.A.

They’ve been embroiled in one of the messiest Hollywood breakups, but Denise Richards says ex-husband Charlie Sheen can expect a wedding present from her – in their daughters’ names.

“[I'll send] something from the girls,” Richards said on the Valentine in the Morning radio show Friday when asked about Sheen’s upcoming nuptials.

The Two and a Half Men star and real-estate investor Brooke Mueller are getting married Friday in Los Angeles.

Richards won’t attend the event, but the ex-couple’s daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, who turns 3 next month, will be there, she said.

“At the end of the day, he’s their dad,” she said of Sheen. “They have to understand that.”

Sheen and Richards, who stars in the new reality show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, have been locked in bitter disputes over everything from the children appearing on the show to visitation rights after the divorce. Still, when Sheen and Mueller got engaged last year, Richards sent her best wishes to the couple. “I am genuinely happy for the two of them,” she said at the time.

The feud between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen that reignited this week is getting even uglier.

Richards, 37 – in NYC to promote her new E! reality show — is now claiming that Sheen, 42, sent her vulgar text messages attacking her father and mother, who recently died of cancer.

“Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he’s going to Family Day [for daughter Sam's school] and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold,” Richards told the New York Post.

“His response was, ‘I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore,’” Richards claims. “My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.

“He missed Dad’s day at the school, and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?”

(Sheen’s rep had no comment when contacted by Usmagazine.com.)

Their ongoing war resumed Wednesday when Richards claimed on the Today show that Sheen faked e-mails from her, asking Sheen’s fiancee, Brooke Mueller, for his sperm.

“I don’t want Charlie’s prostitute-tranny-infested sperm,” Richards tells the Post. “I have two beautiful kids. We’ll leave it at that.

“I am so over him,” she says. “He’s the one who can’t move on. He’s disgusting, and he’s hit an all-time low.”

Sheen’s rep fired back: “Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA — it is conclusive.

“The only time Charlie has spoken on TV about her, they were sound bites at red-carpet visits or during set visits,” the rep said. “He has not gone on multiple TV shows this week.”
