The Happy Madison crew has reunited to shot their new film “Grown Ups” which Ironically is about five good friends who reunite Thirty years after their high school graduation for a Fourth of July holiday weekend. The guys are kicking back making the film in Boston, Massachusetts on May 18, 2009.

Nicollette Sheridan and David Spade were spotting smooching Friday night at Beverly Hills restaurant Luau.

There to celebrate Sheridan’s 45th birthday, the pair — who arrived separately and began dinner at separate booths — “couldn’t resist each other for long,” a source tells Usmagazine.com.

Sheridan’s Desperate Housewives cast mates Felicity Huffman, Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan were also in attendance.

According to the source, Spade winked at Sheridan and was by her side as she blew out the candles on her birthday cake. Later, the pair reportedly holed up in a booth where they “cuddled and kissed.”

Despite their public hookup, a source close to Sheridan tells Usmagazine.com “they are not dating.”

Sheridan, who plays Edie Brit on ABC’s Desperate Housewives, called off her engagement to singer Michael Bolton last August. Spade, 45, who famously dated Heather Locklear, has an infant daughter with Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace.

David Spade is opening up about his ex-girlfriend Heather Locklear, who was booked last month on suspicion of DUI.

“I texted her to check on her,” Spade told Usmagazine.com Saturday at the Lili Claire Foundation Benefit Dinner and Concert in L.A.

“I think things get blown out of proportion,” Spade told Us of Locklear’s arrest. “She’s always solid and always a great person.”

He continued: “I think people understand it’s a tough situation and she’s good. I don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t feel for her or have nice things to say about her in my experience.”

Locklear, 47, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after a resident reported that she was driving “erratically.” Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told the AP that the responding officer spotted Locklear’s car parked on a state highway blocking a lane. “In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something,” Marshall said.

Locklear was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

David Spade will once again make big-screen magic with the same team that brought you comedies ‘Tommy Boy’ and ‘Joe Dirt.’

The funnyman will star in a Wind Dancer Films production called ‘Divorced Guys,’ written by Fred Wolf of recent ‘House Bunny’ fame, says Variety.

Kevin Farley, brother of the late actor Chris Farley, will also be writing and co-producing for the film, says the paper. Chris Farley starred with David Spade in ‘Tommy Boy.’

‘Divorced Guys’ reportedly follows a group of divorced men who take a road trip to sort through the failures of their marriages — but wind up in a series of funny situations.

ET confirms the news that David Spade is a dad!

People mag reports that the actor and Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace became parents to a baby girl on August 26. The infant was born in Missouri.

“David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break in filming ‘Rules of Engagement,’” Spade’s rep told People.

People reports that David and Jillian had a brief relationship.
