David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach are officially divorced. Mel Goldsman, David’s attorney said that they were in a all-day, closed door meeting on December 14th and finally came to an agreement in regards to custody, finances and asset division.
They will share 50/50 custody of daughters Taylor and Hayley. They also reached an agreement on spousal and child support, but terms were not disclosedGoldsman said Hasselhoff is “very pleased with the outcome and pleased he can move on with his life.”
After being wed for 16 years, Hasselhoff filed for divorce in January 2006.
Troubled actor David Hasselhoff has indeed been hospitalized, as first reported by the National Enquirer, his representative confirms.
Judy Katz says the Hoff, a struggling alcoholic, had a relapse and is in the hospital, but fine.
In an exclusive statement, Katz told celebrity news site TMZ that: “David Hasselhoff had a brief relapse, and immediately recognized the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors. He is fine and will be back home in the morning.”
Apparently, this is the 14th time he’s been in the hospital from alcohol! What to go Hoff! Get better!

The former wife of Baywatch star David Hasselhoff has spoken out for the first time since the release of his drunken video, which showed the shirtless actor slurring his words and struggling to eat a hamburger.
The footage, which was shot by the couple’s daughter Taylor-Ann, 17, was just a small glimpse at his long term struggle, according to his ex wife Pamela Bach.
She told Us Weekly: “He has been to the emergency room at least 12 to 13 times at Cedars-Sinai – under aliases – for alcohol poisoning. He’s been through three rehabs – in 2001, 2002, and 2004.” Hasselhoff’s lawyer Melvin Goldsman denied both claims.
The couple were married for 16 years before divorcing in July of 2006 because of Hasselhoff’s problems with alcohol.
She said: “He was my best friend, and I was lucky to marry the love of my life. But over time, the disease eroded the relationship.”
Bach notes that despite his ongoing battle, his daughters Hayley, 14, and Taylor-Ann still want a relationship with him: “They absolutely love their father. They just want him to get better.”
In what appears to be a cry for help, ET has obtained exclusive video of DAVID HASSELHOFF in Las Vegas — where he is currently starring in The Producers — in which he appears to be intoxicated in heartbreaking footage believed taken 3 months ago by his 17-year-old daughter, TAYLOR.
Taylor begs her father to stop drinking, saying “dad look what this is doing to you. You have to stop drinking alcohol, promise me you won’t drink anymore. They’re going to come tomorrow and test you and you’re going to lose your job.”
He appears intoxicated, lying on the floor, wearing only a pair of blue jeans while attempting to eat a hamburger.
David’s rep tells ET exclusively: “David told his daughters that if he ever fell off the wagon, they should tape him so that he’ll know what kind of condition he’s in and learn something from it.”
In a statement to ET through his attorneys, David said: “I am a recovering alcoholic. Despite that, I have been going through a painful divorce and I have recently been separated from my children due to my work. I have been successfully dealing with my issue. Unfortunately, I did have a brief relapse, but part of recovery is relapse. Because of my honest and positive relationship with my children, who were concerned for my well-being, there was a tape made when I had a relapse to show me what I was like. I have seen the tape. I have learned from it, and I am back on my game. I thank God for the love and concern from my children.”
Thanks to Wes at ET for the tip!!
