Did anyone else catch the Barbara Walters special last night on ABC? The Most Fascinating People of 2007? Here are a couple highlights from her interview with the Beckhams:
David’s thoughts on kids:
“I’d love more children,” said David. “I’d love two more children. I’ve always wanted a big family, I love, I love big families so…” What does his wife have to say about that? “I think this is the first she’s heard about this,” David said. “Now she knows, you know, I really want two more children.”
On their BFFs the Cruises:
“They are the nicest family,” said Victoria, adding that Cruise never tried to introduce the Beckhams to Scientology. “They have their beliefs, but they have never, ever tried to press those on us. We’re just, we’re friends. We have a laugh with them. And they’re just very kind, wonderful people.”
On their 10-year relationship:
“I think that’s great, and for the two of us to still be able to not just love each other but, but to really still laugh after so many years is really important,” said Victoria. Is this relationship forever? “Of course it is,” said David. “We wouldn’t have got married if it wasn’t.”
Here’s hoping Becks changed his mind & asks me to be his new bride.

On Wednesday it seemed like all Victoria’s good friends were out to support her and her groups tour! Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and little Suri were all on hand for the 90 minute show! They were also joined by the Beckhams (David and their sons!!). Two nannies accompanied the bunch in their own VIP box!
“They looked really happy, like they were having a great time together,” a concert goer says. I wonder if Suri was dancing, I bet that was cute if she were.
Cruz, one of the Beckham’s sons wore a shirt saying “Spice Boy” on it! How cute! Once the show started, Suri snuggled between Mom and Dad while Becks seated Cruz on his lap. During the song “Mama,” a photo montage of the ladies and their kids appeared on the screen behind the stage. Awwwww. I hope everyone had fun!

Becks & his teammates have a warm-up session in Wellington, New Zealand today. How come everyone else looks silly, but all I see is sexy when it’s him???
Hope he’s avoiding the chicken-pox outbreak from the ‘Spice’ babies!

Following his stop in Sydney, David Beckham gives a traditional greeting (called a ‘hongi’) to a local Maori dancer as he arrives Thursday in Wellington, New Zealand, to participate in a soccer match with his team, the L.A. Galaxy.
Becks will be wrapping up his long trip this weekend & heading back to the states to see his favorite Spice Girl singing on stage. The first show is on Sunday night, but apparently Posh is too nervous to have her man in the audience on opening night, so David is planning on bringing the boys to the show in San Jose a few days later. When asked if he was taking a break after soccer season, Becks said, “Far from it. I’m off on tour with the Spice Girls.” Swoon.
I’ve never wanted to be a big, face-tattooed Maori man more in my life than after seeing this picture. Anyone else?
