David Beckham’s FIVE British GQ Covers Is So Not Overdoing It

Six would be too much, and four…not enough to honor the national treasure that is David Beckham. Right?

You can get all six of The March 2016 issue of GQ tomorrow, all of which celebrate the man who definitely doesn’t get enough money/fame/credit, David Beckham.

Now, I’m a huge fan of Beckham but it feels like every once in a while a magazine is like, well, we have lots of extra money to burn let’s take a cover model, put him in a suit- then a towel- then an evening gown and make a BUNCH OF EXCLUSIVE COVERS! Wouldn’t that be neat? And yeah, it kind of is. But also, like, c’mon. Who even has magazine subscriptions anymore, nevermind collecting a bunch of the same one?

That being said, which cover is your favorite? I like anything where I can see abs.

David Beckham is People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2015!

David Beckham is People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2015!

People magazine has named their Sexiest Man Alive for this year and it’s none other than soccer stud David Beckham!

Of the title, he said, “It’s a huge honor. And I’m very pleased to accept. I never feel that I’m an attractive, sexy person. I mean I like to wear nice clothes and nice suits and look and feel good, but I don’t ever think of myself that way.”

When he shared the news with his wife Victoria, she was on board. He said, “I would hope that she feels this way about me all the time anyway! But she said, ‘Congratulations!’ We kind of laughed about it with the boys and the boys kind of laughed at me and said, ‘Really?! Sexiest man alive? Really?'”

He added, “Brooklyn was the one who was like, ‘Are you sure it’s not me that’s meant to be there today?'”

Victoria Beckham denies David Beckham divorce rumors

Victoria Beckham denies David Beckham divorce rumors

Despite what you may have heard, Victoria Beckham is not filing for divorce from her soccer stud of a husband David.

In a new interview with Grazia, she defended their marriage of sixteen years. She said, “I have never listened to, or commented on, the rumors about any aspect of my life. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children.”

To those who say that they’re kept apart due to their busy schedules, she’s got an answer for that as well. She said, “Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments. But we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.”

She went on to say, “My husband constantly inspires me and guides me – he has done so much good work, I look up to him and have the utmost respect and admiration for all that he has achieved. David and I both have a strong work ethic and I believe that’s a good example to set our children.”

She added, “David and I explain to the children what privileged lives they lead. We tell them that in many places in the world children are hungry, homeless and sick. They all understand how important it is to help others. Romeo ran the children’s marathon earlier this year and raised an amazing amount of money through sponsorship, which he divided between David’s charity and UNAIDS.”

Glad to hear that they’re sticking by each other and teaching their kids to do well by others who are less fortunate.

David Beckham wants invisibility and talks about promoting good causes

David Beckham wants invisibility and talks about promoting good causes

David Beckham took some time away from being his sexy self to talk to reporters about possible super powers and helping to promote good causes.

When asked what superhero power he’d want, he revealed, “My son asks me this all the time…What would it be? I would be invisible for the day – just to walk through…. I don’t know. Maybe fly.”

He also said that he’s glad for his international success because it allows him to promote good causes. He said, “The Amazon was the only part of the world where I’ve actually not been recognized. The tribe where we visited didn’t even know what football was. That kind of gave me a bit of a boost. Fortunately people know me as a footballer and for the last 22 years, I have been successful on the field. But my life has never just been about the football. There’s no way people can underestimate the power of what I’ve achieved and why I’m sitting here now [with UNICEF]/ This is why what I’ve done over the last 22 years has been important, not just on the field but off it too. It has opened doors.”
