Making a rare public appearance together, Courteney Cox and David Arquette were spotted last night at The Roosevelt in Hollywood.

Courteney was on hand to support her estranged husband’s performance of ‘David Arquette Presents Beacher’s Madhouse’ in Los Angeles.

You guys think there’s a chance they’ll get back together? I sure hope so, I like them together!

After 11 years of marriage, Courteney Cox and David Arquette announced last fall that they were taking a trial separation—but the couple is not giving up hope. Life & Style has learned that Courteney met up with David for counseling at a therapist’s office in LA on May 5. “They’re in therapy,” an insider close to Courteney confirms to Life & Style. “She and David still do a lot together, so it’s not surprising that they would go to therapy together. They’re co-parenting Coco, no matter what the status of their relationship is.”

“They were very civil with each other,” an eyewitness says after spotting the two entering the building on May 5.

Courtney has made no secret about being a huge advocate of couples counseling. “I get shocked by people getting divorced all the time; that’s why I choose to work on it,” Courteney has said about marriage. “Therapy helps us.”

Courteney Cox and David Arquette stepped out together on Easter, when they went to a friends house for an Easter get-together. The couple, who are separated, arrived at a friends house in Malibu with an Easter basket full of goodies!

Courteney Cox recently admitted that she thinks that she and David were an “odd couple”.

The 46-year-old actress, who has been separated from husband David Arquette since last October, claims the couple are not a perfect match. In fact, she compares her real life relationship to their relationship in the movie ‘Scream 4′. When asked about her character, Gale’s relationship with Dewey, she replied; “I love her relationship with David’s character Dewey and the fact that they’re together is so funny. He’s so earnest and she’s so out to get ahead.

“It’s just a very odd pairing and so were we. Although we’re not really, but we kind of are.”

She admits filming the fourth installment of the horror franchise helped bring the couple closer again, and claims the director, Wes Craven is the couple’s “relationship mentor”.

“Wes was instrumental in us being together. He’s kind of our mentor in relationships and in growing up. To get the chance to come back and do it again is just really fun,” she told OK Magazine.

The stars were out last night for the premiere of ‘Scream 4′ in Hollywood! Amongst the celebs on the red carpet were exes Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who have not shared the red carpet together since their split.

The highly anticipated ‘Scream 4′, part of Wes Craven’s horror franchise premiered at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, followed by a party at the Redbury Hotel.
