Woot. Here’s my chance! Daniel Radcliffe wants a cougar!
Daniel Radcliffe like his ladies older.
When it comes to dating, the 20-year-old tells Parade, “Girls my own age are not really an option.”
“I find, generally speaking, they have to be entertained more than older girls do,” he says. “So most of the girls I have had serious things with are generally sort of in their 20s.”
But Radcliffe, who celebrates his birthday July 23, says he doesn’t like getting old himself.
“I’ve noticed I make noises when I get up and sit down now,” he says.
I mean, my knees are rotten bad — I refused to wear knee pads too many times when I was doing stunts, and I just clobbered them up a bit. I am an old man in a young man’s body.”

Daniel Radcliffe would like to, as gender-bender boys like to say, hide his candy.
The 19-year-old Brit, who has made an almost lifelong career playing Harry Potter, says he wouldn’t mind doing some cross-dressing on the big screen.
“I think part of me would love to play a drag queen,” Radcliffe says in the new issue of Details magazine, “just because it would be an excuse to wear loads of eye makeup.”
That’s not the only thing Mr. Radcliffe reveals…
He tells writer Chris Norris that he celebrated turning 16 (Britain’s age of consent) with an older girlfriend.
While it doesn’t sound like a Demi and Ashton situation—Radcliffe insists the age difference “wasn’t ridiculous”—he does admit “it would freak some people out.”
Radcliffe hits Broadway later this month to star in Equus. And yes, he’ll be onstage eight times a week baring his full frontal just as he did in the original London production.
When asked if he’s ever been in therapy like Alan Strang, the psych patient he plays in Equus, Radcliffe boasts, “Please. No. Never. I’ve been pretty happy. I’ve got a great family. We’re a very tight-knit group—we work very well as a team and as a tribe. I owe it to that.”
Even the craziness of Harry Potter hasn’t caused him any child star angst. “For the most part I’ve been happy every single day,” Radcliffe insists. “And all the times I’ve been unhappy, it’s never been anything to do with Potter. It’s just been the normal, boring teenage crap. Insecurities, acne—all the normal stuff.”

Daniel Radcliffe has slammed prudish fans who refuse to see his naked scenes in theatre show Equus - because he is sick of people branding the production “pornography”.
The teen actor was required to disrobe on stage when he starred in the dramatic play Equus in London’s West End last year - a role he’ll soon reprise on Broadway.
And the star is shocked by the reaction of older female fans, insisting his nude scene is no big deal.
He says, “Offended mothers were calling in and saying I shouldn’t be doing this, that they weren’t going to see it. OK, don’t see it. They’re are treating it like it’s pornography and it’s not. It’s only seven minutes at the end of the play when I’m naked and I’m 19 now.”

Daniel Radcliffe is preparing to bare all in the final film of the Harry Potter franchise - and insists he isn’t scared about stripping off on screen.
The 19 year old was required to disrobe on stage when he starred in the dramatic play Equus in London’s West End last year - a role he’ll soon reprise on Broadway. And he insists the experience has given him the confidence to appear naked in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which starts filming next year.
He says, “At first I thought I’d have pants (underwear) on for the scene. Apparently not. But I’ve sort of done that before on stage. It’s all old hat now, really.”

Daniel Radcliffe has compared the latest Harry Potter installment to cult movie Trainspotting - insisting the new film contains “a fair amount of sexual energy and drug parallels”.
Radcliffe recently finished filming the sixth Potter movie - Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is due for release in November.
And the star insists that there are moments in the picture which are very similar to scenes in Ewan McGregor’s controversial 1996 film.
He says, “There’s a fair amount of sexual energy and drug parallels. We have a couple of Trainspotting moments. That’s two films I never thought would be mentioned in the same breath.”
