So what did everyone see this weekend? Well a majority of you took in ‘Captain America’! The super-hero movie, starring Chris Evans, brought in a shocking $65.8 million opening weekend!
Harry Potter fell $16 million from last weekend, coming in second at $48.1 million. In case you were wondering, that brings the domestic total to $274 million.
Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis came in at number three with their romantic comedy, ‘Friends With Benefits’. The R-rated comedy brought in $18.5 million.

I’m thinking that Harry Potter is still going to dominate. I read this morning that the 8 Harry Potter films have made $7 BILLION DOLLARS already. That is insane to me… I still haven’t seen the latest Harry Potter movie. Actually, I don’t think I saw the last one. Anyway – did you see it? What am I saying…of course you did.
In this week’s video – Sami says that Captain America most likely won’t come in #1 because of Potter, but that it’s still good! Also – can Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis pull out a win? It’s the first leading role movie for both of the actors. Can they pull it off? I love Justin – so I’m rootin’ for them. Hopefully it’s better than ‘No Strings Attached’ that movie was GOD AWFUL.
