In emails allegedly sent to Denise Richards in the aftermath of their split, Charlie Sheen tells his ex, “Go cry to your bald mom, you [bleep]ing loser.” Richards’ mother is currently receiving chemotherapy treatment for kidney cancer.The New York Daily News reports that an anonymous source who claims to have worked with Sheen on his hit CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men sent them a packet including Sheen’s emails, as well as pictures of genitals that the star allegedly emailed to women (and per Richards’ assertion — underage boys) he met online.

In another one of the leaked emails, Sheen attacks Richards and her parenting ability. “You are a pig,” he writes. “A sad, jobless pig who is sad and talentless and evil and a bad mom, so go [expletive] yourself, you sad jobless pig.”

Prior to the angry emails, Sheen tried to apologize for his behavior in the couple’s divorce, Page Six reports. Then, he wrote, “I have been responsible for some of the worst dialogue and venom-spewing behavior in the past few weeks that I can possibly recall, ever. The anger and frustration that our situation has generated is beginning to manifest itself in physical forms and cellular regression.”

But now, Sheen’s pals tell the Daily News that the leak is just another part of Richards’ campaign to tarnish Sheen’s reputation, and that she is responsible for the court documents getting out.

Sheen himself has gone on the offensive in response to Richards’ claims, releasing in a statement:

“I will not dignify the majority of these allegations set forth by Denise Richards with any measure of response. On its best day it remains laughable and inane…Brooke [Mueller, Sheen’s fiancee] and I remain committed to the task at hand. These unlawful and diabolical accusations will not distract us from the focus of our resolve…I am making every possible effort to assure that the courts focus on my children and their welfare. My refusal to dignify garbage needs to be understood in the context of the history of this case and Denise’s need and desire to make it about issues that do not involve anything other than her emotions.”

Sheen’s fiancee Brooke Mueller adds remarks of her own, explaining the bizarre moment or two where it seemed she and Richards were getting chummy. “Denise urged me to be open to having a friendship with her. After our relationship was established, she tried to get Charlie to father another child and to reconcile with her. Even though her efforts failed, it was disconcerting to be part of the sequel to the Heather and Richie story.”

“I will not dignify the majority of these allegations set forth by Denise Richards with any measure of response. On its best day it remains laughable and inane.

For the record, as well as for the scales of morality, the following must be clarified:

Two years ago, when this circus first arrived, I chose a high road position and remained quiet and dignified. Yet, based on the resurfacing of certain specific claims, made in a severe and grievous manner, illustrating Ms. Richards’ poor judgment on every possible front, I must counter with these FACTS.

The FBI was aware of these issues. I provided them with every computer I owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. Haven’t heard from them since. Period. The end.

During the 18 months before my request to select my own child care provider, not a single complaint was made or received regarding the welfare of the children while under the care of myself and/or Brooke [Sheen’s fiance]. I repeat - NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT by either Ms. Richards herself, or her representatives and nanny.

All of this, keep in mind, is because I asked the court to grant me the legal and God-given freedom of choice to hire my own child care provider. I have asked that the Court eliminate Ms. Richards ability to abuse and harass us any longer. One can only imagine what we’ve withstood thus far.

Brooke and I remain committed to the task at hand. These unlawful and diabolical accusations will not distract us from the focus of our resolve. Shortly before unleashing her attack Mr. Richards asked for another baby via a sperm donation, after her divisive attempts at a reconciliation behind Brooke’s back failed. She was flat out rejected.

I am making every possible effort to assure that the courts focus on my children and their welfare. Charlie Sheen’s fiance, Brooke Mueller, is claiming that Denise Richards is lying. SURPRISED? Brooke says that none of what Denise is telling the tabs is true and it’s all made up in Denise’s head. Richards, 36, says that her and Sheen’s two children, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, didn’t learn of their father’s engagement to Mueller, 30, until it was announced on a TV show. “That is one hundred percent untrue,” Mueller tells PEOPLE. “Denise begged us on a few difference occasions not to tell the girls we were engaged.” In a court filing obtained by Access Hollywood, Richards claims Sheen, 41, and Mueller told her they purposely got engaged for “the press … he wanted to get the cover of People and Us magazine.”

In a court documents filed by Denise, she claims that Mueller emailed her in the past and apologized for Sheen’s behavior towards his ex-wife. Mueller believes Richards edited a version of her e-mails to bolster her custody battle with Sheen.
“It’s a shame that Denise conveniently edited my e-mail correspondence to serve her own interests,” Mueller said. “She would be both mortified and embarrassed if I released any one of her 40 e-mails to me. But she knows my character and humanity and knows that I would ever do such a thing.”

Mueller further denounces Richards’ claims of Sheen’s “inappropriate behavior … and conduct”, including “his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.”

“Denise’s claims are laughable at best,” says Mueller. “How would she know? She hasn’t lived with Charlie for over two years. But this is a battle we will fight in court, not in the press.”

Well I expect to hear something back from Denise soon because she is not the type to sit around and let someone talk about her. This could be interesting and more ugly, even though I thought that wasn’t really possible. “Team Charlie/Mueller” or “Team Denise”? I’m team “prostitutes”.

The custody dispute between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards intensified Wednesday after the actress asked a judge to protect their children from her ex-husband.

Sheen angrily responded, saying that Richards “behaves as though she owns our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching.”

The latest scuffle in the battle between Sheen and Richards over daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, began with the actress’s Superior Court filing.

The document was not yet released, but her attorney said that Richards is seeking “the assistance of the court to obtain orders to protect her children” from Sheen.

“She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children,” says lawyer Neal Raymond Hersh. “This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise’s shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children.”

Her lawyer didn’t state what those “issues” were.

Sheen countered by releasing a statement: “Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. ”

He added: “The truth will prevail. It always does.”

While Charlie Sheen and fiancée Brooke Mueller basked on the beach over the weekend with Sheen’s daughters Lola and Sam, it seems the mandatory presence of Denise Richards’ “assistant” rained on their relaxation.

Sheen told People magazine that his ex-wife’s spy sullied his opportunity to spend quality time with his girls, and the “Platoon” star is in the process of pushing to change the custody clause

Meanwhile, a lawyer for Richards hit back at Sheen’s public outburst, telling TMZ.com “it is unfortunate that Charlie is discussing this matter in the press in an attempt to discredit Denise.”

The attorney also suggested that Sheen has something sinister to hide and that is why a third party is required for all his father-daughter dates.

But Charlie has vowed not to keep his lips zipped until Denise stops the control-freak mothering.

“Until I’m granted the ability to hire my own nanny, she is required to provide one and I was terribly insulted that she felt her ‘assistant’ was a suitable replacement,” Sheen told FOXNews.com.

“If it’s unfortunate that I’m speaking, it’s ‘unfortunate’ that an incredibly loving and responsible father and his terrifically capable fiancée are being subjected to these transparent and unnecessary sanctions that have nothing to do with responsible co-parenting and everything to do with punishment and control.

“As long as I am forced to live under these conditions with my children, people are going to hear about it,” he said.

ET ONLINE spoke exclusively to Two and a Half Men star and recently engaged, Charlie Sheen in an interview to air Tuesday, August 7th. Sheen talks about the recent rumors that his ex-wife Denise Richards requested a sperm donation from him so that she could have more children. When asked if the rumors are true Charlie tells ET ONLINE, “They are true. There is documentation that I’ll show in court revealing the request for my ‘donation.‘” Sheen adds, “I’m good to enough to provide DNA but I’m not good enough to hire my own child care provider?” When asked if he would consider making a donation, Sheen candidly tells ET ONLINE, “I would sooner walk on the surface of the moon in exactly what I’m wearing.”

Sheen is requesting to amend his custody agreement with Denise Richards, he discusses with ET ONLINE the points that he would like to change in their agreement. Charlie tells ET, “I want an extra weekend per month, the ability to hire my own nanny or child care provider and no phone calls to the house unless there is a medical emergency.” He adds, “If there’s a problem then call, but otherwise I don’t want to interrupt my time with the girls to run to the phone.” Regarding childcare for his children, Sheen admits to ET ONLINE, “As far as this nanny business, I can’t be monitored anymore. The type of household that Brooke and I provide, we should be able to decide if we need help or not.”

The cease fire between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards is over.

The exes, who endured a famously nasty divorce in 2006, have recently been photographed together enjoying family outings with their daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, and even Sheen’s fiancée Brooke Mueller.

However, according to the New York Post’s Page Six, those days are done.

A friend close to Sheen, 41, tells Page Six that, while the Two and a Half Men star is trying to haul Richards into L.A. Family Court to get looser visitation rights that won’t require him to be supervised, Richards is opposed to the plan.

“She’s doing everything she can to keep his visits supervised by her nanny, because her nanny spies for her,” says the source.

Another Sheen pal denies reports that Richards sent congratulatory flowers to the engaged couple and recently went shopping with Mueller, 29.

“Denise set it up,” says the friend. “Brooke never got the flowers, but she did get a call from Denise saying, ‘It’s an emergency, come meet me now.’ When Brooke met her, there were four paparazzi waiting to take their picture. After the pictures were done, Denise told Brooke, ‘It’s been taken care of.’ ”

Richards, 36, denies the sources’ claims. “This is disgusting,” she told Page Six. “He is doing this now because he’s not happy with me and the custody arrangement.”

She shot down rumors that she’s withholding the couple’s children from their father.

“My mom is going through chemotherapy and I asked Charlie if my mom could see the kids before she got really sick. That’s a valid request. He doesn’t stick to the schedule he has with the kids - that’s not my fault.”

She continued: “I did ask both Charlie and Brooke to lunch to see the kids - he hadn’t seen them in two weeks - but only Brooke took me up on it. The paparazzi were already following me, as they do every day, and took a picture - and I have the bill for the flowers I sent from Mark’s Garden. Brooke even showed my nanny the flowers.”
