Carrie Underwood has given some diet advice to other….Write down everything you eat!!

“I’m slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be. I write down everything I eat,” the singer tells Glamour magazine. “I started doing it last year. And in the last year is when I’ve gotten more healthy and lost weight.”What does she eat? Well, no meat. She’s been a vegetarian since age 13.  “I don’t think I could kiss someone after they ate a hamburger ’cause they would probably taste like it, and that would gross me out,” she tells Glamour.

As for Carrie’s working out, she enjoys cardio work and the balance ball

On being in show business and learning all the different designers:
“I’ll go home and one of my friends will say, ‘Oh my, gosh, those shoes are so cute,’ Underwood says. “And I’ll say, ‘Oh, they’re Christian Louboutins.’ They’re like, ‘What?’ So yeah, I’ve definitely learned more names.”

Carrie will be going on tour in January and says that she will have tons of luggage and accessories. “I have a giant makeup case, more makeup than any girl should have in her lifetime.”

Here is Carrie performing on this morning’s Good Morning America.

Carrie Underwood’s fans knew all about the romance rumors with Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo, and more recently, Gossip Girl hunk Chace Crawford – which may just prove her point about the celebrity dating life.

“Eventually you are going to get busted if you are dating someone,” she tells Nashville’s Tennessean newspaper in a revealing interview published Sunday, though she says “there are definite ways around it.”

In this latest profile, part of her media rounds to promote her new album Carnival Ride (out Tuesday), Underwood, 24, talks about Romo and the pitfalls of finding love after Idol. (In a separate story, she also talks about her friends back home and being accepted in Nashville.)

Regarding Cowboys quarterback Romo, Underwood says they were never officially a couple. “Right now, the place we are at, he is my best friend. He’ll call me after games. … Either I’m flying high with him or making him feel better.

“It took a little while to get to this point. It seemed like maybe for a bit we were headed there. We never got there.”

As for dating while famous, Underwood acknowledges that her romantic life very often becomes public knowledge, but “it’s just weird when it’s not a date and people immediately assume it is.”
