Dave Navarro has vowed to keep his tattoo tribute to Carmen Electra – because he still has “a bond” with his ex-wife.

The former Jane’s Addiction star has Electra’s initials and their November 22, 2003 wedding date tattooed across his chest and has no plans to remove it or replace it.

Navarro, who split from the model/actress in 2006, tells In Touch magazine, “I won’t be covering these up or changing them.”

Carmen Electra has laughed off reports she is getting cold feet about marrying former Korn guitarist Rob Patterson, insisting she in no hurry to walk down the aisle.

The Scary Movie star became engaged to the rock musician during the weekend of her 36th birthday – and has faced constant questioning about when the big day will be.

Electra tells People.com, “It’s funny, everyone else puts so much pressure, (asking), ‘When are you getting married?’ If it was up to everybody else, we’d be married and divorced already.”

The twice-divorced model/actress recently travelled to Boston, Massachusetts to meet Patterson’s parents.

She adds, “We’re taking it slow, and we’re happy.”

Carmen Electra has another venture to add to her resume – she is launching her own line of portable stripper poles.

The Scary Movie star is such a fan of pole-dancing, she wants women worldwide to be able to enjoy a pole dancer’s workout in the comfort of their own home.

She tells website People.com, “They’re so much fun. I actually put one up in my living room with the help of a girlfriend.”

But the beauty admits the pole’s technique can be hard to get to grips with.

She explains, “Pole dancing really isn’t as easy as it looks. I’m still taking pointers. It’s a good workout.”

Carmen Electra may be completely smitten with her fiancé Rob Patterson, but she says motherhood can wait – for now.

“I hope to be a mom some day, but I’m not rushing to be one,” Electra told People at Shrine at MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Connecticut. “It would be a lot of fun. A lot of hard work, but I’ll look forward to it someday.”

The bombshell took a detour from filming her latest movie Mardi Gras in New Orleans to meet Patterson’s parents. “They’re really cool,” she says. “We had a great day today and . . . we’re looking forward to doing some dancing then going straight back to New Orleans.”

She may be getting back to work on her movie, but that’s not the only project Electra, 36, has in the works. She will be releasing her own new line of portable stripper poles so ladies can get a work out Carmen style. “They’re so much fun,” she says. “I actually put one up in my living room with the help of a girlfriend.”

Just three weeks ago, everyone in Hollywood was buzzing about the exotic-looking black-diamond engagement ring that musician Rob Patterson gave Carmen Electra at her 36th-birthday celebration. Well, everyone except Carmen, who, says an insider, wasn’t happy to learn that her fiancé had bought the ring for only $1,650 on Mysolitaire.com.

“She seems really embarrassed,” the insider tells Life & Style. “I think the ring is a real deal breaker. She thought she’d be getting this giant rock. Instead, Rob bought it online for a bargain price!”

Rob, a former touring guitarist for Korn, popped the question in late April, but the insider is already saying the duo, who’d been dating for only a few months, won’t make it to the altar. “Rob doesn’t have a lot of money coming in,” says the insider, “and he’s been driving around in Carmen’s car while she’s working. He’s a total freeloader. Carmen’s starting to realize that Rob may not be able to hold up his end of the bargain.”

This would be marriage No. 3 for Carmen, who was previously hitched to rocker Dave Navarro and briefly to former NBA star Dennis Rodman.

Still, “they aren’t breaking up tomorrow,” the insider says, adding that Carmen’s career commitments will keep the couple apart for much of the summer. “She’s shooting the movie Goodie Two Shoes in Louisiana and has lots of appearances lined up, so she and Rob won’t be together that much. The less time they spend together, the longer the relationship will drag on, but it won’t last. She’ll come to her senses.”

Carmen Electra is no stranger to marriage. But two failed unions – to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro – didn’t make the actress jaded.

“I was definitely open to love again,” the recently engaged Electra told People in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel on Saturday.

Love is exactly what she found with former touring Korn guitarist Rob Patterson, who popped the question in April by giving her a black diamond.

“The last couple weeks have been amazing on a lot of different levels,” the Meet The Spartans star said at a junket for the film. “Rob is amazing. We were great friends and it actually turned into something much more.”

“We all try to protect our hearts and our feelings and it’s really easy to put up a wall and not feel anything,” she continued. “I’ve learned to allow myself to feel, whether it’s painful or beautiful. I’m really happy.”

The happiness showed as the duo was all smiles in Vegas, walking around the hotel hand in hand Saturday. Following her day of work, the duo was spotted getting loose at Body English nightclub.

So when is wedding number three? Not for a while, says Electra: “I have so much work.”
