Cameron Diaz drives boyfriend Justin Timberlake crazy because she’s so perfect.
The ‘Charlie’s Angels’ star insists she is faultless and that’s why her heartthrob lover gets frustrated with her on occasions.
Cameron told Britain’s OK! magazine: “I don’t know if I do anything to annoy Justin. Nothing. I’m perfect. That’s probably what drives him crazy!”
The Hollywood actress has also raved about Justin’s music - insisting she is a huge fan.
She exclaimed: “Have you heard it? It’s fantastic! It’s hot! He’s incredibly talented, amazingly talented. He’s the real thing all the way through. He’s amazing.”
Justin recently confessed he cannot make love to his own music because it distracts him.
The 25-year-old singer said: “I have trouble having sex to music because I’ll start picking out the chords.”
Although he cannot get hot and steamy to his tunes, Justin insists his latest album ‘FutureSex/LoveSounds’ is packed with songs about sex.
He said: “I wanted the album to look to a time when everything was really sexy. When it was hot, when it was all about sex.”
Someone from ONTD dug up this old Seventeen Magazine cover. Below it is an excerpt from the interview!
HOME: Cameron lives in Long Beach, California.
AGE: 17
HER START “At a party in Los Angeles I met a photographer who suggested I try modeling. My parents were really supportive - they’ve kept me going ever since.”
FREE TIME “I love sports .. probably because I grew up in a neighborhood with a lot of boys. My idea of fun is a wild, anythinggoes game of football.”
HER STYLE “I’m definitely into black army boots, which aggravates my father. . . he’d rather I wore heels. (Of course, that’s easy for him to say. He doesn’t have to walk in them’)”
HER FUTURE “I’ll probably model until I’m old and gray. Actually, my ultimate dream is to be a zoologist. Maybe go on safari in Africa and study lions.”
Cameron Diaz, who recently admitted she doesn’t want the responsibility of a dog, let alone kids, says she doesn’t want to marry boyfriend Justin Timberlake – because she’s commitment-phobic.
Ellen DeGeneres, who in September asked Timberlake, 25, about his marriage plans, put the same question to Diaz, 34, in an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Tuesday.
“When (Justin) was on the show I asked him if you were going to get married,” DeGeneres says.
“I saw that,” Diaz responds. “You know the answer to that, Ellen. I’m a commitment-phobe. Don’t want to do it.”
“I know,” DeGeneres says, “but it’s been almost four years now.”
“Well, we’re kind of like married, isn’t it?” counters Diaz.
“Yeah, kind of,” DeGeneres says, “without the tax benefits.”
The host then wonders why Diaz – who stars in the new movie The Holiday with Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black – goes for the bridal bouquet at weddings. “The tradition at a wedding (is) if you catch the bouquet you’re the next to get married, and people fight like crazy to catch it,” she says. “Why do you fight? Because … you do.”
“I don’t fight, no, no,” Diaz insists. “It’s not about fighting. It’s about being in the right position. The right place at the right time. Ever heard of that, ladies? It’s like a sport to me. I don’t care. I don’t want to get married. I just want to catch the bouquet, because I have a collection of bouquets. I don’t have them still, but they’re kind of in my ego catalog: 12 bouquets.”
In September, DeGeneres asked Timberlake about engagement rumors, joking, “I need to know, should I get a bridesmaid dress now or not?”
Timberlake quipped, “Know what? Go ahead and reserve one. The only thing is, you’ll have to stay the same size for the next 15 years.”
Cameron Diaz has been happily dating Justin Timberlake for nearly four years but is terrified of settling down and starting a family. The 34-year-old insists she has a hard time committing to specific film roles and lacks the discipline it would take to raise children.
She explains, “I think everybody wants at some point to have that responsibility and involvement. But not at the moment.” When asked if she was worried about the commitment she said, “Yeah, exactly, the commitment! I don’t even want a dog. I don’t. My cat just died, and I don’t want a cat.”
Diaz claims it’s even hard to pin her down for a specific film role, adding, “I hate committing myself to anything. So I’m really bad at saying, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna be there in three months… (It’s) probably the lack of discipline, honestly. I’m a spoiled brat worried about getting my way every time!”
