Bruce Willis Is Heading To Broadway

2014 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards

We’ll be seeing Bruce Willis and his family out and about in NYC soon!  Bruce is set to make his Broadway debut!  Bruce will be hitting the stage for the adaptation of Stephen King’s “Misery.”

Bruce is set to star as writer Paul Sheldon (a part that was made famous by actor James Caan in the movie version).   Actress Elizabeth Marvel will be taking on the role of unhinged Annie Wilkes (previously played in the movie version by Kathy Bates).

It’s plausible that Bruce’s wife Emma and their two youngest daughters Evelyn (who turns 1 this spring) and Mabel will join him in NYC during the play’s run.  Although he’ll likely be working grueling hours, at least they’ll be close by to catch some time with him where they can.

Bruce Willis & wife Emma Heming-Willis introduce their daughter Evelyn Penn

Bruce Willis & wife Emma Heming-Willis introduce their daughter Evelyn Penn

Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming-Willis have taken to social media to share an adorable picture of their newest addition, their baby daughter Evelyn Penn Willis. Isn’t she just the cutest? We’re also wondering if they’re going to keep trying until Bruce can have a son already?

Breakfast of champions, indeed.

Emma Heming-Willis shared a sweet photo captioned as such Saturday, nursing 2-week-old daughter Evelyn Penn in an image snapped by husband Bruce Willis. On Tuesday, she added a shot of her newborn with big sister Mabel Ray, 2, with the caption, “The start of a beautiful friendship.”

The couple welcomed their second daughter together on May 5 — the fifth for the actor.

“[We] didn’t know what we were gonna have until the baby came out,” Willis, 59, told PEOPLE the following week. “In general, I think women should be in charge of everything. Women are just much smarter than men.”

But wait until mommy brain takes hold! A few days later, Heming-Willis, 35, jokingly Tweeted, “Nothing like answering the door and realizing your boob is hanging out after the fact. #breastfeedingmom”

Willis is also dad to daughters Tallulah, 20, Scout, 22, and Rumer, 25.

Bruce Willis wants a son someday

Bruce Willis wants a son someday

Bruce Willis now has five daughters, but says that he wants a son someday.

He just welcomed his fifth daughter and said it was a surprise until the birth. He revealed, “We didn’t know what we were gonna have until the baby came out.”

People reports:

And while having a new baby is “pretty cool,” having a household full of women hasn’t affected his views on who should rule the world.

“In general, I think women should be in charge of everything. They should be running the country,” Willis, 59, says. “Halle Berry should be president. Women are just much smarter than men.”

He adds, “Even if I had five boys, I’d still feel the same way.”

Although he’s loving all the ladies in his life, the actor admits he would welcome the experience of having a son one day. “Eventually, I’d like a son. But I’m okay now,” he says.

He’s right! Women should be ruling the world! Don’t you just love Bruce?!?

Bruce Willis is going to be a father again, at 58!

HBO His Way Premieres in Hollywood

Dang!! Can you imagine having another baby at 58!? I’m 36, and I can’t imagine it. (I’m 36, right? It’s all a blur at this point.)

Bruce Willis, 58, and his wife Emma Heming, 35, are expecting their second child.

Bruce has three daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore, and a one-year-old daughter with Emma.

At least he has the money to hire nannies.
