Brooke Burke with baby Heaven Rain and David Charvet at a fundraiser to help terminally ill children.

“Three times a week she exercises, including Pilates and hikes with fiancé (and Heaven’s dad) David Charvet, plus a low-carb diet helped the mom of three, drop almost 30 pounds. “I probably have 10 pounds left,” she says, “but I’m not putting pressure on myself.

I started working out a week after she was born,’ the 35-year-old actress says, shaping up following Heaven’s January 8 2007 delivery.”

Yah right…I don’t know where she’d lose the 10 lbs from! She already looks smoking and she was pregnant only 7 months ago, yikes.  Most women would be lucky to look like that before the baby!

Carrying balloons and leading an entourage, Brooke Burke was all smiles yesterday as she left St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica with her newborn baby girl, Heaven Rain Charvet.

Brooke’s proud baby daddy, “Baywatch” hunk David Charvet, followed his two favorite gals to their ride, and quickly whisked them away.

According to Brooke’s publicist, both mother and daughter are “doing great and resting at home.”

Brooke has two daughters, Neriah, 6, and Sierra Sky, 4, with former husband Dr. Garth Fisher, a plastic surgeon who has appeared on ABC’s “Extreme Makeover.”
