The Hills hottie Brody Jenner is smitten with Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole. “I have found the right one,” he tells In Touch.

Brody, 25, and Jayde, 22, started off as friends, but the romance recently got serious. “She is such a great girl,” Brody says. “I look for someone who’s loyal, honest and beautiful inside and out.”

The new couple got cozy at a DJ Reach party at Marquee in New York on September 25. “She just couldn’t keep her hands off of him,” says an onlooker. “She never left his side.”

And they’ve even got his ex’s approval. “I’m happy for him,” Lauren Conrad tells In Touch. Brody started dating the Playmate of the Year in September and Jayde was his date for the MTV Video Music Awards.

Brody Jenner can’t stand The Hills’ Spencer Pratt, but he loathes Spencer’s younger sister, Stephanie, even more!

“If Spencer’s a creep, multiply that by 10,000 times and you’ve got Stephanie Pratt!” Brody, 24, said at Ryan Sheckler’s X Games Celebrity Skins Classic on July 29 in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. “She’s way worse than him, and he’s no prince.”

But Stephanie, who has had her share of catfights and on-screen feuds, claims she doesn’t know why Brody is so annoyed by her. “I’ve never done anything mean to Brody,” Stephanie, 21, tells In Touch. “So, I don’t understand why he continues to attack me.”

Although she denies it, Brody is mad that Stephanie reportedly hooked up with Lauren Conrad’s ex Doug Reinhardt on the upcoming season of The Hills.

Think Spencer Pratt is bad?

He’s nothing compared to his sister Stephanie.

So says Brody Jenner.

“She’s a million times worse!” Jenner, 24, told Usmagazine.com at Ryan Sheckler’s X Games Celebrity Golf Tournament in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, on Tuesday.

All along, Jenner has warned Lauren Conrad not to trust Stephanie, 22.

And in a new trailer for season four of The Hills, Stephanie is seen having a candlelit dinner with Conrad’s man, baseball player Doug Reinhardt.

Stephanie has denied it was a date (”he was giving me boy advice,” she recently told E!).

But Jenner said he doesn’t buy it.

“He might not have known that it was a date, but she had candles, and they were alone!” Jenner said. “It was a date.”

After a night with Sean “Diddy” Combs at Les Deux on June 13, Brody Jenner got into a brawl with a club promoter at 1:45 a.m. and was temporarily banned from the Hollywood hotspot.

“Brody was really drunk and acting like a jerk,” says a witness, adding that Brody, 24, tried to reenter after leaving and got into an altercation when he was refused access.

It was previously reported that Brody’s drunken antics got him kicked out of Les Deux in March, but this time it might stick. “This is the second incident with Brody,” a manager for Les Deux said. “We are taking a break with him. At the moment he cannot come in the club.” “The police were called after the fight broke out,” says a club insider.

Brody Jenner, one of the stars of The Hills, is starring in his own reality show for MTV called Bromance.

MTV has committed to six episodes of the new series, which features a group of ”regular guys” who go to Hollywood and compete in a series of challenges from skydiving to dealing with the paparazzi with the winner being chosen by Jenner to become part of his entourage, replacing his former best bro, Spencer Pratt.

The ”bros” will compete for alone time with Jenner, and the pool of contestants will be narrowed down in ”hot tub elimination ceremonies,” after which the cast-off will be sent packing while still dripping wet in his swimsuit, luggage in tow.

Jenner and Ryan Seacrest are executive producing with Eric Podwall. Frankie Delgado, who also appears on The Hills, is another producer on the project.

Jenner previously appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which features his father Bruce Jenner, and is also produced by Seacrest.

Brody Jenner may be known for the ladies he dates, but whatever you do, don’t call The Hills star a womanizer.

“Just because I date just like everyone else does, for some reason they say I’m a serial dater,” he told People at Shrine at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Connecticut. “I think that’s very disrespectful to say because I was raised by my mother and I treat women with respect.”

The bachelor says he’s only doing “what every 24-year-old kid would do in my position.”

As for his ex Cora Skinner, Jenner says, “Cora is special to me. We still hang out. We’re trying to work things out still.”

The Hills is currently filming their fourth season and Brody says there’s plenty of drama to come, but it won’t be between him and former best bud, Spencer Pratt.

“Obviously our friendship will never be the same as it was, but I’ve never had anything bad to say about him. I love Spencer and I always will as a friend,” Jenner said.

But when asked whether they planned on working on future projects together, such as a rumored upcoming reality show, he said no.

“We’re going to work on our friendship and hopefully we’ll get back to where we were. We’re not back to being best buds and running around like we used to.”
