Britney Spears hit the dance studio again in West Hollywood yesterday, and then went to a salon – where hopefully she was getting her extensions fixed.

Britney Spears made her way to a dance studio in West Hollywood today. The Pop Princess latest single “Hold It Against Me” has become the #1 on the iTunes list and is said to have broken radio records. Its has also been rumored that she will be performing at the Grammy Awards next month, could this be the reason for the studio visit today?

Britney Spears‘ new song, ‘Hold It Against Me’ leaks a day ahead of it’s official release tomorrow.

The song is produced by Max Martin and Dr. Luke. Martin is a Spears stalwart, having written and/or produced her hits ‘…Baby One More Time,’ ‘If You Seek Amy’ and her most recent No. 1 hit, ’3.’

Having had an unbelievable 2010, Dr. Luke is among the biggest producers in music right now. If you are a Katy Perry fan, you can pretty much thank Luke, who produced, ahem, ‘I Kissed a Girl,’ ‘Hot N Cold,’ ‘California Gurls’ and ‘Teenage Dream.’ His work on Perry’s ‘Teenage Dream’ album earned him an Album of the Year Grammy nomination.

Britney Spears just released the album cover for her new single, ‘Hold It Against Me’ on Facebook! She also announced that the single will release THIS TUESDAY, 1/11/11! (Also heard Lady Gaga’s new album will be released one month later, 2/11/11!)

This is a raw version of an old Britney Spears song – which was the second single off her ‘Breakout’ album.

These are very boring, and uninteresting pictures of Britney Spears getting her nails done this afternoon, but one thing that popped out – is her weave doesn’t look half bad! Is Brit cleaning up her image?

Maybe she’s getting “clean” ahead of the release of her new single! She will soon shoot the music video for her new single, “Hold It Against Me.” I’m not a huge Britney fan – but I have to admit, I’m eagerly awaiting the video. If nothing else, she usually makes a mean video.

Rumors swirled around that her new single, “Hold It Against Me” would debut on January 7th, but Brit’s manager quickly swooped in dismissing it.

“Lot of misinformation out there regarding the release of Brits 1st single. Don’t believe everything you read,” he wrote. “Unless of course it’s an official announcement coming in January. STAY TUNED…..”

However, he did say that the single will be out this month. “That said, the single is DEFINITELY coming in January. PS- happy new years people,” he said. “Sorry guys, but never pay attention to unofficial announcements. Just trying to clarify. Please don’t ‘hold it against me.’ ”

As fans gear up for what will certainly be an epic year for pop, there are some new details about the song. The track was produced by dream team Max Martin and Dr. Luke. “And the beat that they give her is really unique compared to other artists — this infectious bass beat beneath the song,” Dastur revealed about the tune. “Plus, the hook is just amazing.”

Dr. Luke has also been on rumor control, noting that lyrics found online are not real. He tweeted, “The first word of the britney song is ‘hey.’ The 3rd word is ‘there.’ … 1st word is ‘hey’!!! the 24th word is ‘song’ please (4th word) forgive (5th).”

Regardless of when the single is released, her album – will release in March.
