Days after shocking the media wearing a ring on her engagement finger, Britney Spears surprised photogs again Sunday afternoon, stepping out with a weave of flowing brown hair. Eerily reminiscent of her daily habits prior to her mental breakdown of changing her physical appearance before her outings, Spears debuted her new look at Bed Bath and Beyond in Studio City, California. Flanked by two bodyguards and her agent/rumored love interest, Jason Trawick, the brunette bombshell strutted her new ‘do while walking through the parking lot, though she wore her ring on her middle finger this time out, hushing engagement rumors.

Britney Spears, while on a short break from her World Tour, is spotted in running some errands in Los Angeles, California on June 26, 2009, with her agent, and reported boyfriend, Jason Trawick by her side. The couple left Britney’s Calabasas home, stopped off at a gas station to fill up and grab some coffee and then headed over to a friend’s home in Bel-Air. Later in the day Britney stopped by an office in Beverly Hills, still with Jason close by her side.

The woman who allegedly donned military fatigues and snooped around Britney Spears’ home has just pled not guilty to charges of trespassing and peeping or prowling.

26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins was allegedly caught peeping through the windows of Britney’s Calabasas home back in April, and had to be physically removed from the property.

The judge in an L.A. court today remained confident a deal could be worked out between Tozier-Robbins and the D.A., but a pretrial date was still set for July 17.

According to Star magazine, Britney Spears is engaged to her agent, Jason Trawick.

After more than three years of casual hookups, Brit and Jason took their relationship to the next level while they were on vacation in the Bahamas last month. That’s when Brit and Jason shared a special night together during which Jason popped the question!

“He didn’t exactly get down on one knee, but Brit didn’t care. She said yes, and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate,” says an insider. “Jason held Britney for a long time and kissed her cheeks. They talked about their future for hours and didn’t go to sleep until after 3 a.m.! They just wanted to be alone together.”

Britney is already thinking about a December wedding — after her Circus world tour wraps this fall — and wants her big day to far outclass her previous ceremonies. For her first nuptials, to childhood friend Jason Alexander, her outfit consisted of a baseball cap and cutoffs! And she feels her wedding to Kevin Federline was a”trashy” affair.

“When she marries Jason, she wants it to be like a fairy tale,” says a friend.

Even though Britney Spears is away in the U.K. doing her Circus tour, she’s staying far away from the circus surrounding her stalker, Miranda Tozier-Robbins.

Britney was granted a restraining order in the case and her stalker has to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her Calabasas home.

In a week, Tozier-Robbins will be arraigned on two misdemeanor charges. She’s already said that she’ll be defending herself, which I think means she has a fool for a client.

As for the footage she was shooting at the time police arrested her outside Britney’s home, film she was going to use for her “documentary” on paparazzi and stars, Tozier-Robbins won’t know if she gets it back for a week. The judge is still deciding on whether to return it.

Tozier-Robbins is keeping mum on the whole thing, only telling reporters, “I don’t talk for free”, as she made her way out of the courthouse.
