Sources say that under the terms, K-Fed will walk away with around $1 million (In case you’re wondering, Spears’ lawyer, Laura Wasser, drafted and airtight pre-nup). As for their two kids, we’re told Britney and Kevin will have joint custody, sharing physical custody 50/50. The divorce will be final, with a judge’s signature, very soon.

In the past, when Wasser settled a high-profile divorce, the parties filed a “skeletal judgment,” which meant the specific terms were omitted from the public documents.

Britney Spears’ kids (and their nanny) visited for a bit on Wednesday, but their mommy soon ducked out, leaving them at her Beverly Hills home to go to the dentist.

Sean, 1 1/2, and Jayden, 6 months, hung out at mom’s house on Tuesday and were driven back to Kevin Federline’s Tarzana home at 7:30 p.m. by a bodyguard in a white Yukon. Federline, 29, has held physical custody of the children since Spears entered rehab last month and is fighting to keep them in his care.

A bodyguard returned the kids (and nanny, natch), to Spears, 25, at around noon Wednesday.

But the dentally challenged pop star quickly popped out for more than two hours, leaving the kids home with the nanny.

What could be more important than time with the kids? Getting her teeth whitened. According to Access Hollywood, Brit visited a celebrity dentist at Century City Doctors Hospital to have the Zoom whitening treatment done on those famed Louisiana chompers

Britney Spears was caught up in a gun scare after a security guard threatened to shoot a photographer trying to snap her.

The undercover officer aimed his weapon at the paparazzi and shouted: ‘Get out of your car, get down’.

He then handcuffed him and accused him of trying to run over a traffic policeman before finally releasing him.

The incident happened as Brit, 25, left a service at a church in Hollywood.

A witness said: “When her 4X4 came out (police) officers stopped the traffic and let her go ahead and held paparazzi back.

‘One photographer tried to get past and suddenly two undercover security guards ran out into the street. The photographer looked terrified. It’s not what you expect to see outside a church service.’

Mike Hooper, executive director of the Bela Air Presbyterian Church, said: ‘One photographer was on the wrong side of the road and tried to run over an officer who had stopped traffic.

‘He kept coming and one of our guards pulled a gun out. I cannot speak for the security officer but he does not regret it. This is a church, not a concert.’
