New partying buddies Paris Hilton and Britney Spears had police cabs sirening outside the hotel heiress’ Hollywood home, when they blasted music a little too loud for folks on the block.

Paris threw a massive American Music Awards after party on Tuesday night, and in tow were was new pal Spears who the big socialite is trying to help recover from her failed marriage.

And while inside the Hilton premises people were busy merry-making, the neighbours outside were on edge as a swarm of paparazzi had crowded, unleashing a blinding flashbulb frenzy that lit up the whole neighborhood.

Resentment increased when the two blondes played music a bit too louder that drove the folks mad enough to call the cops to shut them up, reports TMZ.com.

She played it cool on stage, but Britney Spears was “pissed” at ABC over a derogatory sketch aimed at her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, during last night’s “American Music Awards,” a Britney rep tells TMZ.

E!’s Marc Malkin first reported Brit was upset, and now a rep for Brit tells TMZ, “She had no idea” that the skit would immediately precede her appearance. Britney was “incredibly upset” and “inconsolable.”

The sketch featured AMA host Jimmy Kimmel sealing a Federline look-a-like in a wooden crate and shipping him out to sea. Kimmel called K-Fed,”the world’s first ever no-hit wonder.”

Less than five minutes later, Kimmel introduced Spears as a surprise presenter. In a statement to TMZ, Kimmel claims the idea was his and he went forward with it because, “I knew they wouldn’t mind because I know they both have great senses of humor.”

Britney is reportedly looking for new digs around Miami, and it looks like she’s willing to spend up to $29 million for her new place.

As TMZ first reported, Britney is selling the $13.5 million mansion she shared with the Fed-Ex in Malibu, and now, says Star (via MSNBC), it appears she’s looking to relocate to south Florida, which would also put her in closer proximity to her family in Louisiana. And it looks like her trip to the Palms Hotel and Casino last week wasn’t just for fun: Star also reports that she’s negotiated a 20-week, $15 million exclusive performance contract with her buddies the Maloof brothers, who own the joint.

TMZ has learned that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will come together one more time to tell the public that they never made a sex tape.

Reps from the divorcing couple tell us that both Britney and Kevin want to put an end to rumors that K-Fed is out peddling a sex tape for some quick cash. They have agreed to jointly issue a statement, hoping to put an end to the flurry of stories that such a tape exists.

After getting the boot from Britney Spears, Kevin Federline has become totally broke, and he may reportedly go to any extent to extract as much money as he can.

Kevin is reportedly considering penning a tell-all book about life with 24-year-old Britney, in which he plans to expose a side of her, fans have never before seen.

The aspiring rapper has been with Britney for two years and knows things she probably doesn’t want to go public. The details would probably get huge media play, and Kevin knows it, reports National Enquirer.

He aims to paint a lurid picture of Britney’s visits to gay bars and her physical encounters with other women…discuss her reported use of cocaine and marijuana…her plastic surgery and embarrassing physical problems, reports TMZ.

He criticized the very things Britney was most insecure about – her weight, acne, and hair according to the source.

He also filed for the custody of the couple’s two children to just extort money from Spears.

Thanks to Britney’s air-tight prenup, K-Fed will only get less than 250,000 dollars and around 2.5 million dollars (his share of the Malibu house). So he has threatened that there are things the judge may want to know about her past that could bear on her mothering skills, but he may go away for a price.

A source close to Britney reveals that Kevin lavishly spent her money, which usually triggered fights. He blew about 7,000 dollars a month on shoes, hats, and clothing. And when in Las Vegas, he would lose a minimum of 50,000 dollars at the craps table.

Here she is sitting in just her fishnets.  Paris is rubbing off on her already.  Now all we need is a nip/slip, and the transformation will be complete.
