Another classy outfit from Britney.

Troubled singer Britney Spears seems to be her old happy self again, as proven by these  pictures, after a rocky last few months. The pop princess, wearing a straw hat and over sized shades, dropped her white linen top and posed for the pictures in the front garden of one of her mates houses using only freshly picked flowers to cover her chest. Britney who has been in rehab, in trouble with the law and has sacked her manager seems to be finally getting her life back on track.

It’s a new chapter in Britney Spears’ love life — thanks to her fellow Promises alum, singer Howie Day, 26.

While one friend denies the duo dated during her February stint at the Malibu, California, rehab center, another source says things have since turned romantic: “Britney really likes him. He gets her.”

The pair were certainly in sync April 28. After hitting L.A. clubs Bridge and Teddy’s, a source says, they spent the night at her Beverly Hills home (the kids apparently were at K-Fed’s house).

In the issue of Us Weekly out later this week, Day’s uncle, Malcolm Hardy, tells Us his nephew’s a good catch. “He’s a good person,” Hardy says. “I hope together they’ll do some wonderful things for this world.”

But Spears may want to tread carefully before jumping into a relationship with Day.

In 2004, the “Collide” singer was arrested for allegedly locking a female fan in a bathroom after she refused his sexual advances. According to a criminal complaint, he then broke the cell phone of another woman trying to call police. “That was probably wrong of me,” Day told police at the time. “But I felt violated.”
