Taking some time out between concerts, Britney Spears takes to the water for a family day out in Sydney Harbour. Accompanied by boyfriend Jason Trawick,  Britney and her young sons Sean Preston, and Jayden James, looked every bit the happy family as they ate al fresco on their launch. Jason was seen doting on the boys, first playing hide and seek with Jayden on the heavily cushioned seats, before playing Superman with both boys, who took it in turns to be spun in the air by their mum’s hunky beau. As the day drew to a close, Britney slipped on Jason’s polo shirt to keep the chill away and the happy crowd all disembarked to head back to their hotel. The boys are Spears’ sons from her marriage to Kevin Federline.

September 14, 2005) and Jayden James (b. September 12, 2006) before heading to the airport. Spears’ next stop is Sydney for the next round of shows in Australia for her “Circus” tour.

Britney Spears’ lip-synced shows are causing controversy in Australia – one of the country’s leading politicians is urging ticket agencies to warn fans when artists plan to lip-sync.

Spears is currently performing Down Under as part of her Circus world tour, but critics have slammed the star for failing to sing live during the shows.

Now the New South Wales Minister for Fair Trading, Virginia Judge, has waded into the debate – insisting ticket agencies should publish a disclaimer to stop gig-goers feeling cheated when an artist fails to provide any live vocals.

Judge has branded Spears’ shows a “Mickey Mouse performance”, adding: “Let’s be clear – live means live. If you are spending up to $200, I think you deserve better than a film clip. The NSW Government would be happy to look at options, such as a disclaimer on a ticket which would warn consumers a performance is pre-recorded.”

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline is to become a father again, according to sources.

The former dancer’s girlfriend, Victoria Prince, who he has been dating since last year, is reportedly several weeks pregnant with the pair’s first child.

But Federline, who has two sons with Spears, as well as two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, is reportedly unhappy at the baby news.

A source tells the National Enquirer, “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

While another source tells Star magazine, “Victoria’s been ill off and on, so everyone suspects that she’s expecting. Under no circumstances does he want another kid now. He’s not even acknowledging the possibility. He’s awful when it comes to birth control. Kevin thinks it’s the woman’s responsibility.”
