OMG the drama!!

Bravo is axing three of ‘Real Housewives of New York’s’ biggest stars!!
Jill Zarin, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon have all been fired from the reality series, the Huffington Post is reporting.
The three women were said to have been blindsided when they received their pink slips via telephone on Thursday morning.
Just the day before the mass firings, original “Housewife” LuAnn de Lesseps told New York Live that three new ladies would be added to the cast.
Sources inside Bravo tell me that Jill Zarin, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon have all be let go from the series and will not be returning as fulltime cast members next season. The source explained that the women were directly contacted by Bravo on Thursday morning with the news — they had no idea the pink slips were headed their way.
Now it’s up to LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer (the only original cast members remaining) and Sonja Morgan to carry the show. Plus Lesseps dished to New York Live yesterday that three new ladies will be added to the cast.
But according to another insider, the three housewives who were not invited back were told that they could possibly be reinstated next season if any of the new cast members don’t work out — and we’re sure that Zarin, McCord and Bensimon have their fingers crossed that they won’t.
Although we’re excited to see some fresh blood on the show, we can’t imagine the gang without the resident mean girls.
I am totally surprised, not gonna lie. I love watching Jill’s bitchiness! I can’t imagine the show without her! And Alex is just downright crazy, that’s always entertaining. I will admit Kelly was more annoying than anything this last season, so I’m not sorry to see her go.
But Jill!? Really? Leave us Jill – take LuAnn!

ET’s Nancy O’Dell has the exclusive sit-down interview with Taylor Armstrong inside her Bel Air home which will air starting next Tuesday, SEPTEMBER 20, 2011. In this exclusive interview with ET, she reveals the details about her bruises that she says were caused by her late husband, Russell Armstrong.
(Warning): Taylor Armstrong releases abuse photos
A source close to Taylor reveals that she underwent Lasik eye surgery on July 5. Days later, the source claims that she was hit by Russell so hard that her corneal flap was dislocated.
For the rest of the month of July, Taylor was not seen in public as her injuries healed. Her first public appearance after that was on August 1, at a press tour promoting season two of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
I repeat my earlier sentiment…. WHY NOW TAYLOR!?

Taylor Armstrong has either sold (more likely) or released the following abuse pictures of herself to Entertainment Tonight.
The photos show Taylor Armstrong with a black eye, sitting in a hospital bed. The black eye was apparently at the hands of her late husband, Russell Armstrong.
Entertainment Tonight aired three pictures, and an expert gave her opinion claiming the only way an injury like that would have happened would have been to be punched or pushed into something.
Taylor has been claiming since her split from Russell that he was abusive. (According to reports several of his exes had to take out restraining orders.)
I’m having a hard time understanding why Taylor is choosing to release these now, if not simply for the money. The guy is dead – they’re not in the middle of some nasty court battle. I have a hard time understanding why these would be released now, when his poor family is already dealing with Russell’s suicide.
Did you watch last night’s episode of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’? I was too wrapped up in the 3-hour finale of ‘Bachelor Pad’ to watch.
I also gotta admit – I am feeling a faint bit of guilt watching this season. I even saw Taylor on an episode ‘Top Chef: Just Desserts’ and felt guilty. I feel like watching her show is condoning something. I dunno.

This news is sick – and I really hope it’s not right.
According to RadarOnline, Taylor Armstrong has already inked a book deal, and the book will include personal photos of injuries sustained at the hands of her recently deceased husband, Russell Armstrong.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s book will be about domestic abuse, but desperate for money, a source reveals Taylor will be including the photos hoping it will boost sales.
“Taylor’s acting like she’s not trying to bank off Russell’s suicide, but by including photos of her injuries after he allegedly beat her, that’s exactly what she’ll be doing,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.
“It’s no secret that Taylor’s been strapped for cash since Russell died, and since she hasn’t received the advance on her book yet, a few of the Housewives have been helping her out financially.”
Taylor kept photographic evidence documenting the abuse she was allegedly enduring at the hands of Russell.
“Taylor is hoping to have the book out by the end of November, just in time for the holiday sales,” the source said.
“Not only is Taylor going to write about her own personal experiences, but she wants to spotlight other celebrities who have been involved in domestic abuse situations.”
It’s one thing to write a book about domestic abuse – but it’s something entirely different when the accused has recently committed suicide. I hope she wouldn’t do that. If it’s something she felt strongly about – she should have waited… years.
In other news, Russell Armstrong’s family is speaking out today claiming they believe their son was murdered. More from US Weekly:
“We want a murder investigation,” Armstrong’s mother, John Ann Hotchkiss, told Us Weekly. “We will do whatever is necessary to proceed.”
Russell, the estranged husband of Taylor Armstrong, was found hanging from an electrical cord tied to an exposed beam in a private L.A. home Aug. 15. He was 47 and left behind three children.
Although his grieving mom acknowledges that Russell was “feeling a little overwhelmed because of finances” (he had been accused of defrauding investors, amid other woes), Hotchkiss insisted he was never suicidal.
“Russell was personable and warm and had a giving heart more than anyone I have ever known,” she said. “He cared about people, and loved his children almost to a fault. Knowing him as a person and how he valued life, I don’t think he would do this,” she said.
“The general consensus of everyone we know who loved and knew Russell,” she explained, is that “he was murdered and there was a set up.”
Hotchkiss didn’t go into further detail about her late son’s potential killer. “No one is accusing Bravo. We think someone conspired to have him murdered and it is open as to who did it.”
This whole thing is just so sad!!

It’s only been a few weeks since the tragic suicide death of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Russell Armstrong but wife Taylor Armstrong is putting on a brave face. The two have a 6 year old daughter and as they say, life goes on. Taylor was spotted taking her daughter to a birthday party yesterday in Beverly Hills.

According to US Weekly, this season of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ will continue to go through major changes, following the suicide of Russell Armstrong.
“We’ve completed editing on the first few episodes, but are still reviewing the rest of the season,” the show’s executive producer, Douglas Ross, tells Us Weekly. “Russell does not appear in the first several episodes. At this point, I can’t say if Russell will appear at all.”
What scenes were definitely left on the cutting room floor for sensitivity’s sake? The premiere episode originally featured Taylor Armstrong shopping for lingerie in an attempt to spice up her flagging marriage to Russell. “You’re not going to see anything like that,” a show insider says.
One scene that fans did see on Monday’s premiere was an awkward dinner moment at the home of Adrienne Maloof – in which Lisa Vanderpump’s husband Ken Todd calls the Armstrong’s decision to try couple’s therapy “weak.” “Lisa was very upset that the producers weren’t taking out that part,” admits the insider.
But Taylor’s big-time meltdown – “I’m breaking!” she cries in a teaser for the season – will indeed see the light of day later this season.
In the meantime, behind the scenes, the Housewives are rallying around their grieving friend. “They all asked that her story be handled delicately,” the source says. “This has brought them all much closer together.” (US Weekly)
Did you watch last night’s premiere? What did you think? I heard that the housewives had gotten together in the last week or two to film a “suicide special” that would air before the premiere. I was a bit disappointed with the “special” because it seemed more like all of the women venting about how they didn’t know he was that depressed – and “how could we know” types of talks. They did seem upset that he had died, I don’t know – it just seemed so…………. scripted.
What did you think?
