Betty White Kissed Bradley Cooper On 'SNL'

Betty White and Bradley Cooper smooched it up for Saturday Night Live’s 40th anniversary special last night. They were taking part in a skit called The Californians alongside Taylor Swift, Kristin Wiig and other SNL players.

This actually happened!

It seems that they were really into their parts locking lips for the sake of the cameras and the audience.

What did you think of the sketch? Did Betty White and Bradley Cooper kissing make the show interesting for you? What was your favorite part of the SNL special?

Bradley Cooper Ate 8,000 Calories A Day For “American Sniper” Role

The 86th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals C

Bradley Cooper really commits (and it’s making me hungry!).

The actor worked super hard to get in shape to play real-life Navy SEAL Chris Kyle in the Clint Eastwood-directed American Sniper, but not really in the way you might think…

Writer-producer Jason Hall dished to People Magazine on how Cooper trained to become Kyle, who is widely regarded as the deadliest sniper in American history.

In order to bulk up 40-plus lbs., Cooper “had a strict, crazy diet,” Hall says. “He was eating about every 55 minutes or something like that, and I want to say it was about 8,000 calories a day.”

Um, I need to uh, bulk up for a role, too.  That’s MY excuse. BUT TO BE FAIR, he also worked out and such…

“Bradley used his own trainer, who was busting on him. I think he was working out four hours a day for several months,” adds Hall of Cooper’s fitness regimen. “He was determined to do it naturally, he didn’t want to use any hormones or steroids or anything. He was just very systematic about it and took his trainer with him wherever he went.”

Ugh, I kinda just wanted to use the first part of his quote, but I’m a JOURNALIST (hah) so I thought I’d give you the whole truth on how Bradley beefed up. And hey, it paid off…the film has six Oscar nominations including Best Picture and a Best Actor nod for Cooper.

Watch Your Cigars Around Bradley Cooper!

The 86th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals C

I knew I couldn’t trust that adorable face…

In fact, Bradley Cooper was called out by Liam Neeson in the most recent issue of Cigar Aficionado magazine. In it, Neeson tells a story about the two of them on the set of The A-Team back in 2009.

As part of his character, The Taken 3 actor had to light up stogies, but in real life, he’s not too fond of smoking.  But, Bradley Cooper loves himself some tobacco.

Neeson said:

“I’d light a cigar for the scene and when the scene was over, I’d say to the props guy, ‘Take this away,’ and Bradley would say, ‘No give, it to me,’ and he’d smoke it.”

I’m assuming Bradley can buy his OWN cigars at this point in his career, but waste not want not, I guess?

Bradley Cooper Covers ‘Vanity Fair'; Talks Role In ‘American Sniper’

Bradley Cooper Covers 'Vanity Fair'; Talks Role In 'American Sniper'

Bradley Cooper is featured on the cover of the January 2014 issue of “Vanity Fair” and inside, he talks about his role in his new movie “American Sniper”.

He discussed preparing for the role, saying, “Losing someone close to me. Going through love and loss. Knowing what’s important. Realizing that the bottom line is that all I got is me, so it’s about time to stop trying to be something that I think you would want me to be. Or that would give me what I think I need. As you get older, thank God, your body deteriorates, but your soul sort of flourishes.”

With regard to taking stimulants to gain weight, he said that wasn’t something that was in the cards for him. He revealed, “I had a realistic conversation. Can I do this in three months naturally? Can I gain 30 pounds of f***ing muscle? I didn’t know if I would be able to do it or not. Thank God – luckily my f***ing body reacted fast.”

When speaking of his state of mind, he said, “I see life much more gray as I get older. I was so sort of black and white in my late 20s. There’s right and there’s wrong and that’s it. That’s a tough way to live. It’s rare that I judge somebody, really rare. I think people feel that, so it’s sort of easy to get close to somebody if you don’t feel judged by them.”

Of the movie, he said, “I always knew I wanted to be in the trenches with a director making the movie. I always felt that’s what I’m supposed to be doing. I always knew deep down that if I’m not going to do that then I’m not too long for this business.”
