One celeb you’re not going to find on Twitter is Blake Lively. “People ask me why I don’t tweet,” the July cover girl told Glamour magazine. “Honestly, I’m so sick of myself.”

She does seem to be everywhere these days, doesn’t she? Aside from dating one of Hollywood’s hottest bachelors, Leonardo DiCaprio, she’s also the new face of Chanel’s perfume and Karl Lagerfeld’s muse. She’s also still on ‘Gossip Girl’ and this summer will star in the blockbuster ‘Green Lantern’ opposite Ryan Reynolds.

Blake talks to Florence Welch about becoming the new face of Chanel’s Mademoiselle handbag:
“It’s such an honor. When I found out I got [the job], you and I went to dinner and concocted this plan, like two little girls at a tea party, saying, ‘Oh, it would be the best if we had a party. And you’ll perform, and we’ll do it in Paris.’ Like you and I were in charge of Chanel!”

Blake Lively on being her own stylist:
“I think I became my own stylist by not knowing any better. And once I was told it was time to get one, I thought: This is one of my favorite hobbies! And I’m going to pay someone to steal my hobby from me? That’s a terrible idea!”

Blake on getting ready for an event:
“I like it to be easy. I don’t feel like I have to do so much with hair and makeup, because I’m the mannequin for these beautiful clothes, so I never want to do anything too distracting. Most of the time, I put my hair in a ballerina bun, and I take it down and it’s wavy, and then I leave. I feel shy when people are fussing on me. And my diet of choice before events is a chicken potpie from Tea & Sympathy, because they never have enough food at these things.”

Blake on breakups:
“Every relationship you have, you’re learning and growing and taking something from that. So for me, it’s never been too dramatic of a thing when something ends.”

So there it is, ladies and gentlemen! Proof of what we’ve known for weeks now, Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio ARE DATING!

After weeks of speculation and high-profile partying up and down the French Riviera, DiCaprio, 36, and Lively, 23, were photographed holding hands during a romantic, moonlit stroll after dinner in Monte Carlo May 27– and only Us Weekly has the exclusive photos.

“He looked very in love,” a witness says in the new issue, on stands Wednesday. Two days later, the Oscar-nominated actor — who has been wining and dining the Gossip Girl star for weeks over dinner, helicopter and yacht rides and glitzy A-list bashes — brought her as his guest at a Grand Prix-viewing bash aboard a yacht.

“Her face lit up when Leo was talking,” a fellow reveler says.

“He had introduced Blake as his girlfriend,” adds a source. “I would say they’re totally smitten!”

Although DiCaprio and model Bar Rafaeli called it quits just a few weeks ago, he and Lively first connected at an NYC business meeting back in November — and shared a kiss at a Hollywood bash in January.

“I’ve never seen him like this with a girl,” adds the insider of DiCaprio.

She seems so young, doesn’t she? 13 year age difference is pretty big, if you ask me! I know it’s not too bad, in Hollywood’s eye – but the life difference between 23 and 36 has to be huge.

Oh well, life’s short – might as well go for it!

The cell phone photos made their way online on Tuesday, and Celebuzz received an exclusive statement from the 24-year-old actresses rep regarding the supposed pics.

In a statement, Blake’s rep said “The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it.com are 100 percent FAKE. Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner.”

I don’t know, I think it looks JUST like her in that first picture. In the rest – not so sure, but I think it looks a lot like her!

Things seem to be heating up between Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively!

The couple were seen sneaking out of the same hotel separately on Friday. They were spotted leaving Saint-Paul de Vence, and appeared to make sure they were not spotted together.

23-year-old Lively looked beautiful in white flowy dress. Leo, 36, tried to hide his face by pulling his hat down, but he’s unmistakable! According to The Daily Mail, the couple headed to dinner at a restaurant in a local village before heading back to Cannes.

The couple were spotted hugging on Steven Speilberg’s yacht during the Cannes Film Festival.

Leonardo DiCaprio has an animated conversation with Steven Spielberg, Lukas Haas, and Blake Lively while in Cannes, France during the 64th Cannes Film Festival. Leo and Blake might have been meeting to discuss a new project, but maybe they’re dating! The two have been spotted several times together in the states, and now that they’re both in Cannes, they’ve been seen on “romantic walks” together.

Leonardo DiCaprio appears to have already moved on from his split with Bar Refaeli — with “Gossip Girl” star Blake Lively. Just a week after we revealed that the star and the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model were over, DiCaprio and Lively were seen roaming around the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc on Friday night.

“She was wearing white and he was in a baseball cap,” our spy said. “They walked around the grounds together. It looked like they were a couple.”

A source said the two were introduced over dinner at The Lion by “Great Gatsby” director Baz Luhrmann in November. We reported in January that Lively was flirting with DiCaprio at “Hurt Locker” star Jeremy Renner’s birthday at his house in LA. DiCaprio’s rep said he doesn’t comment on his personal life. Lively’s rep didn’t return calls.

New couple!? Call me crazy, but Blake hardly seems like Leo’s type. His type has always been the bikini/lingerie models. Gisele Bundchen….Bar Refaeli…. and Blake Lively? Not sure about this one…

PS: I love Lukas Haas! I hope they are making a movie together! I looked through every single picture below, and I’m so jealous! I want to be on a yacht with Leonardo DiCaprio, Steven Speilberg and Lukas Haas! What gives!? Gossip Girl to this!?

Blake Lively, the new face of Chanel, came out in support of it’s Cruise 2012 show in Cannes, France. Amongst the attendees were Blake Lively, Alexa Chung, Rachel Bilson and Vanessa Paradis.

“This is a modern version of sophisticated dressing,” explained Chanel’s creative director Karl Lagerfeld, telling WWD, “Cruise is always about going away…It’s about dressing down these very sumptuous looks, about easy elegance. This is about the women of Cannes, women who mix bathing suits with real pearls and diamonds. After all, you can’t wear fakes into the water.”
