Blake Lively and Chace Crawford were hard at work on the WB show Gossip Girls in NYC yesterday afternoon.  There are rumors floating around that the two are hooking up on the show, which seems so weird to me. I’m not sure I’m feeling the Nate/Serena love story.  They seem like such a weird couple.  And who hasn’t Nate been with on the show? Isn’t Serena the last female he hasn’t hooked up with?  They’re going to need to bring in some new meat for this man-whore!

Seems like an odd couple to me.  What do you think?

The crime thriller is based on Chuck Hogan’s “Prince of Thieves” and - in addition to playing the lead - Affleck is also directing.

Lively, aka “Gossip Girl’s” Serena van der Woodsen, plays Affleck’s ex-galpal and Renner plays her brother and Affleck’s best friend. Jon Hamm has the role of a hard-charging FBI agent who is hot on the trail of bank-robber Ben.
