Tennis ace Roger Federer is celebrating the birth of his twin daughters.

His wife, Mirka, gave birth to the babies in Switzerland on July 23. The couple, together for nine years before finally tying the knot in April, named their baby girls Charlene Riva and Myla Rose.

“This is the greatest day of our lives,” says the current Wimbledon winner in a statement. “Mirka, Myla and Charlene are all healthy and doing very well,” he added.

Looks like there will be a new doubles team on the court soon!

“Milkshake” singer Kelis is a new mom!

The singer, 29, gave birth to baby boy named Knight on Tuesday.

Kelis’ ex, rapper Nas, posted an online video celebrating the birth of his son.

“My son is born today, so shout-out to my son, Knight,” the rapper said in a clip.

Us Weekly exclusively revealed Kelis’ pregnancy last January. At the time, she was still married to Nas, 35, who is also dad to a 15-year-old from a prior relationship.

“It’s all they are talking about,” a source told Us at the time of Kelis and her ex. “She is carrying hip-hop royalty! They are so excited.”

The couple called it quits in May after Kelis, then 7 months pregnant, filed for divorce citing verbal abuse and infidelity, according to Vibe, which first reported the break up.

The couple — who met at a 2002 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty thrown by Diddy — tied the knot in a small ceremony in Atlanta in January 2005.

It’s a boy for Jason Priestley and his wife of four years, Naomi Lowde-Priestley!

The couple welcomed their second child – and first son – on Thursday in Los Angeles, his rep tells the Associated Press. They also have a 2-year-old daughter, Ava.

Further details, including a name and weight, were not released.

Rumors that their baby-on-the-way was a boy began circulating after Priestley and his wife shopped for blue-colored items at the Silver Spoon Dog & Baby Buffet in May; That clue, however slight, was about all the couple were willing to share.

Earlier, the former 90210 star, 39, said he was trying to keep details of the pregnancy “on the down low.”

The pregnancy was announced in April.

When Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin confirmed that her teenage daughter, Bristol, and boyfriend Levi Johnston were expecting a baby, the celebrity weeklies knew that the first photos of the Palin-Johnston baby would incite a bidding war. Baby Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, born Dec. 28, proved those editors right.

According to one source, bidding for the baby photos began at $100,000. People won out in the end, but In Touch was the only other weekly to make serious bids, according to several sources involved in the process.

The price didn’t soar immediately, according to the sources, because Sarah Palin stories just didn’t sell all that well for the weeklies on newsstands.

“Sarah was on the cover of People, Us Weekly, and OK! the same week, and really only People saw a bump in sales,” says a source.

The drug-related arrest of Johnston’s mother, however, caused the price tag for the photos to go up.

“The bidding started well before the baby was born, but once Levi’s mom was arrested — well, then you had a story,” says one editor.

As for how much teen parents Bristol and Levi made from the deal — most estimates hover around the $300,000 range (none of the magazines would confirm the exact figure in the end, which is standard).

No word on whether the money will go to charity, as sometimes happens in a celeb baby deal.

Bristol Palin, the 18-year-old daughter of former Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, gave birth on Saturday to a healthy 7 lb., 7 oz., baby boy in Palmer, Alaska.

“We think it’s wonderful,” said Colleen Jones, the sister of Bristol’s grandmother Sally Heath, who confirmed the news. “The baby is fine and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited.”

The baby’s name is Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston and he was born at 5:30 a.m., according to Jones.

Baby Tripp takes his surname from his dad, Levi Johnston, an apprentice electrician and former Wasilla High School hockey player who has been dating Bristol for three years.

Bristol Palin is currently residing in Wasilla and completing her high-school diploma through correspondence courses.

Johnston is studying to become an electrician. He told the Associated Press in October that he and fiancée Bristol plan to wed in 2009 and raise the child together.

Carnie Wilson and her husband, musician Rob Bonfiglio, are expecting their second child, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The 40-year-old former Wilson Phillips singer — who welcomed a baby girl, Lola, in 2005 — made headlines in 1999 after undergoing gastric-bypass surgery and dropping 150 lbs. (from nearly 300). The 5′3″ star also dropped almost 20 dress sizes.

In March, she slammed the National Enquirer for claiming that she has gained 79 pounds and planned to have another gastric bypass.

“It is very hard being in the public eye, being scrutinized for every pound,” she told Diane Sawyer. “They’re saying I’m going to have liposuction, another gastric bypass to have a baby. It’s laughable.”

Her weight, she said, “will always be a battle — surgery or no surgery.

“I am committed to my daughter. I want to be a light of hope for her,” she added. “[I'm not saying] you need to be a size 6 … you need to be healthy. That is the message I want to give to her.”

Tiger Woods is going to be a daddy for the second time.

“Elin and I are proud to announce that we are expecting our second child in late winter,” the golf champ wrote on his official Web site Tuesday.

“This has been a year of contrasts,” Woods, 32, began. “I had a solid start to the season, won the U.S. Open in an exciting playoff, and then unfortunately had to shut it down after successful knee surgery.”

Continued the athlete: “And now, I have some wonderful news to report. Sam is going to be a big sister.”

Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, welcomed Sam Alexis Woods, in June 2007. The couple also revealed photos of the newborn – a week after her birth – on Wood’s official site.

“It was a dream come true for both Elin and myself,” he said of fatherhood at the time. “I’ve been changing diapers and doing feedings. I definitely don’t sleep now.”
