Demi Moore files for divorce, Ashton tweet’s statement.

Demi Moore has finally announced what we all knew was coming. She’s filing for divorce from Ashton Kutcher.

She told the Associated Press, “As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”

In September, it was alleged that Kutcher had cheated on Moore with Sara Leal while he was in Las Vegas. He denied the accusation. Moving vans were spotted at the couple’s home in October, leading to speculation that the couple was splitting.

The pair were spotted at Bruce Willis’s vacation home earlier in November, supposedly working on their marriage.

Kutcher and Moore were married in 2005; she was 43 years old, while he was 27 at the time.

We all knew it was coming, but it’s still sad they couldn’t work it out.

What will Ashton do now? Go buck wild? Get into another relationship?

What about Demi! Who should she date next?

Ashton Kutcher Turns Over Twitter Account to Management Team

After sticking his foot in his mouth by tweeting about the Penn. State head coach Joe Paterno being fired, initially expressing sympathy for the coach and not for the underprivileged young boys being raped by Joe’s assistant coach, Ashton Kutcher has decided to quit Twitter. Though Ashton tried to clear up his words and apologize, the public didn’t take to kindly to what seemed like insensitivity. He posted a blog saying that he will not being turning over his Twitter account to his management company and apologized once again for offending anyone.

Up until today I have posted virtually every one of my tweets on my own, but clearly the platform has become to big to be managed by a single individual.  When I started using twitter it was a communication platform that people could say what they are thinking in real time and if their facts where wrong the community would quickly and helpfully reframe an opinion.  It was a conversation, a community driven education tool, and opinion center that encouraged healthy debate.  It seems that today that twitter has grown into a mass publishing platform, where ones tweets quickly become news that is broadcasted around the world and misinformation becomes volatile fodder for critics.

Last night after returning home from work I walked by the television and simply saw a headline that Joe Paterno had been fired.  Having no more information than that, I assumed that he had been fired due to poor performance as an aging coach.  As a football fan and someone who had watched Joe’s career move from that of legend/innovator to a head coach that fulfilled his duty in the booth, I assumed that the university had let him go due to football related issues.  With that assumption (how dare I assume) I posted a tweet defending his career.  I then when about my evening, had some dinner, did a little work, and about an hour later turned on ESPN where I got the full story.  I quickly went back on my twitter account and found a hailstorm of responses calling me an “idiot” and several other expletives that I’ve become accustom to hearing for almost anything I post.  I quickly retracted and deleted my previous post, however that didn’t seem enough to satisfy people’s outrage at my misinformed post.  I truly am sorry if I offended anyone and more over am going to take action to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

A collection of over 8 million followers is not to be taken for granted.  I feel responsible for delivering an informed opinion and not spreading gossip or rumors through my twitter feed.  While I feel that running this feed myself gives me a closer relationship to my friends and fans I’ve come to realize that it has grown into more that a fun tool to communicate with people.  While I will continue to express myself through @Aplusk I’m going to turn the management of the feed over to my team at Katalyst Media to ensure the quality of it’s content.  My sincere apologies to anyone who I have offended. It was a mistake that I don’t think will happen again.

Ashton Kutcher gets himself in trouble over Tweeting before he thinks.

I don’t know how many of you are following the whole Joe Paterno/Penn State fiasco that’s going on right now, but it hit a boiling point today. In a nutshell, Joe Paterno is Penn State’s legendary football coach. Apparently his assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky had been raping young boys in the school’s shower for years. An person who witnessed one of these rapes came forward told Joe what had been going on. Joe didn’t go to the police with this knowledge, he simply told the athletic director – which began a massive cover-up that included several key administrators.

Joe tried to quit as head coach, but he was fired instead.

Word came out today that Paterno actually knew about a lot more than just the assistant coach raping young boys.

Shockingly, there are reports that even more depraved details about the sexual crimes committed by Sandusky will be revealed in the coming days. Pittsburgh radio host Mark Madden appeared on The Dennis and Callahan Show on WEEI in Boston and shared what he believes those allegations to be.

“I can give you a rumor and I can give you something I think might happen,” Madden said on the radio. “I hear there’s a rumor that there will be a more shocking development from the Second Mile Foundation — and hold on to your stomachs, boys, this is gross, I will use the only language I can — that Jerry Sandusky and Second Mile were pimping out young boys to rich donors. That was being investigated by two prominent columnists even as I speak.”

When word came out last night that Joe Paterno had been fired – a wave of riots rocked the Penn State Campus. Swarms of fans were upset the coach had been fired. And Ashton Kutcher fired off some angry Tweets last night in support of the coach.

Following an avalanche of criticism, Ashton Kutcher deleted a controversial Tweet Wednesday night protesting the firing of Joe Paterno, admitting he hadn’t known about the sex-abuse scandal at Penn State.

“How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste,” Kutcher wrote to his 8 million Twitter followers.

His followers responded with an explosion of insults, many of them extremely vicious, blasting the actor for defending the 84-year-old coach, who is under fire for possibly covering up former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky’s alleged sex abuse of young boys.

Kutcher, 33, soon realized his mistake, quickly backpedaled and admitted his ignorance. “Heard Joe was fired, fully recant previous tweet!” he wrote. “Didn’t have full story.”

He later deleted that message, too, and added this one: “As an advocate in the fight against child sexual exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn St. case.”

He also made this pledge: “As of immediately I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won’t happen again.”

This is the second Twitter faux pas in recent months for Kutcher. On Sept. 11, he backtracked after calling it “the greatest day of the year,” because it was the start of football season.

Paterno had earlier announced that he would retire at the end of the football season. Also fired was Penn State president Graham Spanier.

I can see how it would have been an easy mistake to tweet before thinking about it. But when you have 8 million followers, you owe it to them to do a little research before shooting your mouth off. I promise if I ever get 8 mil followers on Twitter that I will only make educated statements. Ok?

Bruce Willis brought Ashton Kutcher to tears over his treatment of Demi Moore.

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have (what appears) to be an amazing relationship after the two divorced ages ago. They continued to be a united front while raising their 3 daughters. For all intents and purposes, they behave exactly as divorced people should behave. If the National Enquirer is correct, Bruce Willis became enraged when Ashton Kutcher publicly humiliated his ex-wife, Demi Moore.

Bruce Willis demanded – and got – a face-to-face butt-kicking showdown that left Ashton Kutcher shaking like a leaf after the “Die Hard” star confronted the smarmy party boy/cheater about dissing Demi Moore via his closerthanthis sleazefest with bigmouth Sara Leal! “Ashton kept avoiding Bruce’s calls and texts, but finally agreed to meet his wife’s ex-husband at a private location,” said a close pal of the couple. “Bruce was livid! He reamed Ashton for his cheating – and humiliating not just ex-wife Demi, but his three daughters as well. He went at Ashton full force, giving him no time to make excuses for his embarrassing behavior, demanding that he get his act together fast! Ashton finally broke down in tears, weeping uncontrollably as he begged forgiveness. [Ashton is] devastated because Demi’s consulted a divorce attorney [and] begged Bruce to step in and stop her from committing to a separation. He reportedly vowed to Bruce. “I will NEVER, EVER cheat again!” Said the source: “Bruce isn’t ready to shake hands with Ashton just yet, but he did speak with Demi and advised her that if she decides to try keeping her marriage intact, she should seek traditional marriage counseling – not just the Kabbalah counseling they’ve been doing.”

I have to admit, I’ve always loved Bruce Willis – and if this story is true – then I love him even more!

NEW PICS: Ashton Kutcher looking sullen in NYC

According to sources, Demi Moore paid Ashton Kutcher a visit on the set of his TV show “Two and a Half Men” on Friday.

The Hollywood couple has been plagued by gossip suggesting their six-year union is in trouble ever since they spent their wedding anniversary apart on September 24th.

There has also been speculation about Kutcher’s infidelity, but neither star has spoken out about the alleged scandal.

However, actions spoke louder than words on Friday when the pair put on a united front as Moore stopped by Kutcher’s Hollywood back-lot set to show her support.

A source tells UsMagazine.com, “Demi didn’t come on the actual shooting set or anything – she never does – but she spent the day on the lot in his massive trailer… He put his arm around Demi and they acted like a couple. They were talking and smiling at each other. Everything seemed just like normal.”

Moore was joined on set by her 23-year-old daughter Rumer.

VIDEO: Ashton Kutcher wants “to open up a little dialogue in the state of honesty”

Ashton Kutcher has yet to come forward and address tabloid reports that he cheated on his wife Demi Moore – instead he’s coming out and teasing the public.

Ashton is being plaugued by rumors that he cheated on his wife with a young woman named Sarah Leal in a San Diego hotel last month.

In a video he released on his chime.in account, the ‘Two and a Half Men’, Ashton dodged talking about his marriage – instead opting to call out for more honesty and integrity in the media.

He says the lower cost of publishing has led to a cheapening of values, and that truth is suffering.

“I just wanted to open up a little dialogue in the state of honesty, the status of truth as it pertains to literature and media,” Kutcher begins.

The actor goes on to note that, in the Internet age, anyone can be a budding media mogul. He says that’s not necessarily a good thing.

“The threshold to have literature printed and distributed — the cost structure went down to zero dollars,” Kutcher reflects. “Thereby, there is no gatekeeper of the truth. We are our own editors, and we are our own publishers. We are our own printers. Thereby people can bastardize the truth in any way, shape or form they want and spread that around the world … There’s that old saying that a lie can travel halfway around the world before the truth can leave someone’s lips.”

Kutcher — who’s almost as well-known for his investment in developing technologies as he is for his acting — wraps up his video by calling for a sense of responsibility.

Though neither Kutcher nor Moore has spoken about the divorce reports, both appear to have alluded to them on Twitter. In late September, Kutcher cryptically tweeted, “When you ASSUMME [sic] to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME.” Moore, meanwhile, offered her own vague-but-titillating missive, tweeting a picture of herself with her eyes closed and the caption, “I see through you.”

Moving truck spotted at Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher’s house!!

Looks like moving day has finally arrived. Sadly it looks like someone’s moving out.

On Thursday, a Wetzel and Sons moving truck was photographed pulling out of the Los Angeles home shared by Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. (See the photo here)

The couple’s six-year marriage is now being put to the ultimate test in the wake of Kutcher’s one-night stand with 22-year-old Sara Leal in a San Diego hotel room on Sept. 24 — the sixth wedding anniversary of Kutcher, 33, and Moore, 48.

Whether Moore or Kutcher are actually moving out is yet to be determined. When approached by Us Weeky, a Wetzel and Sons rep explained: “We don’t give out any information on our clients.”

As revealed exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly, Kutcher told Leal that he and Moore were separated; after making out on a balcony hot tub, the twosome eventually had unprotected sex twice in the wee hours at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego.

In an attempt to work things out, Kutcher and Moore took a camping trip together to Cachuma Lake near Santa Barbara last weekend, but “they seemed cold to one another,” one witness told Us Weekly.

“Demi is humiliated” by the Leal affair, a confidante says. “She loves him, but can’t forgive him for the embarrassment he has caused.”

Wonder which one is moving out? Is it Ashton – or Demi?
