Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finalized their adoption of Pax, TMZ.com reports.

After receiving permission from Vietnam, where Pax was born, the adoption needed approval from the L.A. County Children’s Court in Monterey Park, Calif, according to TMZ.

Jolie and Pitt received approval yesterday from the court.

Later that night, the couple had a double date with Clint Eastwood and his wife.

Pax, 4, was adopted last March and has three siblings: Maddox, Shiloh, and Zahara.

The press-free charity event promises to be the first time Aniston and Jolie have met since Pitt left Aniston in 2005 and started a family with Jolie a short time later.

“Jen wants to go but knows it would be a disaster waiting to happen,” an Aniston insider tells Us.

A source tells Us that Aniston will be at the event as long as her filming schedule allows. The minimum entrance fee is $25,000 for four tickets, with proceeds benefiting the Motion Picture and Television Fund.

Just three years ago, the same party served as a backdrop for Aniston and Pitt’s last public appearance together. Fresh off the announcement of their split, the duo worked the crowd side by side all night.

Adding to the pressure: Jolie, who has said in the past she’d “welcome” a meeting with Aniston, will be receiving congratulations for her pregnancy.

But Aniston seems ready. “She told me avoiding Brad and Angelina is more painful than seeing them,” a pal told Us.

A Pitt source tells Us that his attendance will be decided at the last minute, but it is traditional for all hosts of the party to attend.

Actress Mary-Louise Parker says that she feels sorry for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt because of the “immoral” way their family is pursued by the paparazzi wherever they go. Parker, who starred alongside Brad Pitt in The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford, said that she is outraged that photographers feel it is acceptable to swarm around celebrities and their children.

She says, “I think it’s inhumane. The media’s gotten more and more salacious, they’re just ruthless. As people, I think it’s our duty to protect children at whatever cost and they really exploit the children of celebrities, especially their children [Brad & Angelina's], at whatever cost to get a picture of them.”

She adds, “It feels really immoral to me. It’s not fair for them. I think they actually handle it well.”

Sources say that Jennifer Aniston is “really upset” that Angelina Jolie is pregnant again with her ex Brad Pitt’s babies.

According to reports, Jennifer is taking the news of Angelina’s pregnancy extremely badly.

A source close to the actress said: “Jennifer is putting on a brave face, but inside she is really upset. She wasn’t prepared for how she’d feel when she saw the pictures of Angelina and her bump.

“It took her by surprise because it was further proof of just how much Brad has moved on with his life compared to her.”

38-year-old Jennifer still feels resentment towards Angelina because she never had a child with Brad.

The source added to Britain’s Star magazine: “Jennifer is desperate for kids. She can feel her biological clock ticking and is scared that she has left it too late. She keeps saying that she wishes she’d had kids with Brad and that, if she had, maybe things would have worked out differently.

“Splitting up with Brad was the hardest thing Jennifer ever went through, so hopefully she’ll get over this latest hurdle. She’s made of strong stuff.”

Of all the A-list names on the red carpet at Sunday night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, Angelina Jolie was the one on everyone’s lips as they wondered what the Oscar winner might be hiding beneath that long, billowing Hermes gown — an unusual style pick for an actress known for tight, body-hugging outfits.

And now OK! has learned that Angelina is indeed expecting baby no. 2 with boyfriend Brad Pitt and that the actress is over the moon about bringing another child into the world.

“Angie has wanted a second biological baby for some time now,” a friend of the star tells OK!. “And the minute she’s pregnant, she just glows. She’s the type that doesn’t want to scream it to everyone, but she has the quiet, expectant mother glow. Her smile says she’s the luckiest woman in the world.”

But while all is well now, the pal says it did take some persistence for Angelina to conceive. Earlier this month, OK! reported that the star was trying to work her upcoming press tour for her new film Wanted around a possible pregnancy.

The actress also sought the help of a nutritionist. “When Angelina decided to get pregnant, the nutritionist told her that she needed to start eating more calories a day,” one source tells OK! “She was averaging 1,000 to 1,100 calories a day, and the nutritionist wanted her to bump it up to between 1,600 and 1,800 a day.”
