One would think that parents at Maddox Jolie-Pitt’s new school, Lycee Francais de New York, would be upset that his famous family is disrupting their schedules. But it turns out it’s the Jolie-Pitts who are being inconvenienced, by Lycee Francais parents who can’t help but ask Brangelina for autographs.

The New York Observer reports that the Lycee’s director of operations, Dan Cooke, had to ask parents to leave Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie alone. He wrote in a letter, “Regretfully, I have seen some parents taking pictures, asking for autographs, talking to the media and even shouting at Ms. Jolie and Mr. Pitt for recognition. Therefore, in the best interests of the school and safety of your child(ren) I must ask for everyone to please respect the family’s privacy and discontinue these practices.”

Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have made concerted efforts to ensure that the choas that surrounds them is kept to a minimum when dropping son Maddox, 5, off for classes. Cooke explains in his letter:

“I’m sure you are aware the school has received much media attention recently during the arrival and dismissal times because of the presence of celebrities Ms. Angelina Jolie and/or Mr. Brad Pitt. I want to make you aware that before the first day of school I met with their security team to discuss the best manner in which for them to drop off and pick up their son. Our foremost goal was to cause the least amount of disruption to the school and to ensure the security of all of our students and families.”

A source tells the Observer that the constant attention of the paparazzi (and eager parents) has already had an effect on adopted son Maddox. The normally happy Mad got scared and started to cry when his kindergarten class was asked to bring in a picture of themselves.

Apparently the Jolie-Pitt brood might be growing soon with an addition to their “rainbow” family from Burma. The couple has enlisted one of Burma’s leading monks to help plan a trip to an orphanage.

According to an insider, Angelina, 32, has become “increasingly despondent” about the progress she is making in helping the Third World. The source said: “Angelina feels she is barely making a dent in the suffering she sees throughout the Third World as she travels incognito to different countries as a United Nations representative.

“She wants to step up her action in what she calls Red Alert areas, the most seriously troubled, war-torn areas in the world. She’s in talks to go into Burma and help with students and AIDS victims who are suffering terribly.” The source added Angelina had been talking to a monk about a safe travel route through the military state and a visit to an orphanage.

She is said to believe adopting another girl would balance her family and a child from Burma would fit into its racial mix. Angelina has enlisted the help of Dr Jane Aronson, an adoption specialist who runs the Worldwide Orphans Foundation. It is understood she has acted as a mentor to the actress after helping her with the adoption of Zahara.

According to the source, Angelina’s frustration at not doing enough to help the Third World is exacerbated by her sense that she and Pitt spend too much time in Hollywood.

Angelina has spoken in the past of her desire to start a “rainbow” family of children adopted from nations all over the world. She recently said: “Ever since I was about 12, I’ve always wanted to adopt – I don’t know why. We want to have a big, big family.”

Don’t you wonder what these kids are going to be like as teenagers?  Is it weird that I do? I wonder if they’ll be all bratty like most celeb teenagers – or if they’ll stay out of the limelight.  Hopefully when they’re teenagers I will no longer be obsessed with celebrities, so I won’t care. (Unless they get their own MTV reality show, then I’ll probably watch)

This film is a big step for Brad Pitt. After years of being eye candy in most of his films he won a Venice Film Festival Award for Best Actor for “The Assassination of Jesse James.”

His life sure has seemed to take a turn for the better since he hooked up with Angelina.

They are now New Yorkers which means that hopefully I will run into their hotness frolicking around Central Park with their adorable brood of children.

Why do I find this hard to believe? That means other than Billy, Johnny and Brad there’s only one other?

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is stunned by her man-eating reputation, insisting she has only ever slept with four men. The Tomb Raider star claims she has only had sex with current partner Brad Pitt, former husbands Billy-Bob Thornton and Johnny Lee Miller and one other nameless man.

She tells Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine, “It was never true. I had only slept with four men in my life – and I married two of them!”

Brad Pitt and Angelina have denied reports their adopted daughter Zahara is in need of hip surgery, insisting the news is “not true”.

An article in Star Magazine claimed the Mr and Mrs Smith stars would do “whatever it takes” to cure the two-year-old’s hip dysplasia, a congenital condition, which could affect her ability to walk in the future.

But Pitt’s publicist, Cindy Guagenti, says the reports are all false. She tells gossip website TheCelebrityTruth.com, “It’s not true, and I told the magazine that printed it – but they chose to run it anyways.” Jolie and Pitt adopted Zahara from Ethiopia in 2005.
