Amy Winehouse had her chauffeur take her to Kentish Town to pick up some late night snacks and then headed to a pub in Camden. Then at 2am, she headed over to Bungalow8 nightclub to party with Mark Ronson until 4am. She stopped on the way back to her hotel to get some bananas.

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has allegedly tested positive for drugs while in prison.

Now she will only be able to see him from behind a glass screen instead of the “no strings” visits previously allowed.

Fielder-Civil, 25, is being held in Pentonville as he awaits trial for assault and trial-fixing allegations.

He tested positive for a Class A substance, thought to be heroin.

Winehouse, 24, has not been to see him since the random test last week.

On December 18, Winehouse herself was arrested in relation to Fielder-Civil’s case.

It is understood that Winehouse was questioned over accusations that she was aware of a plan to derail the GBH case against her Fielder-Civil.

She has been bailed until March, when she is expected to return to an east London police station.

Fielder-Civil and Michael Brown are accused of assaulting James King, the landlord of Macbeths pub in Hoxton, east London, on June 20 last year.

It is alleged that they later conspired to pervert the course of justice by offering Mr King a significant amount of money – reported to be £200,000 plus £10,000 costs – to withdraw his allegation and flee to Spain until the case collapsed.

Two other men also facing the same charge are Anthony Kelly, 25, from Chalk Farm, north west London, and James King, 36, from Risley, Derbyshire.

Singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice.
A Scotland Yard spokeswoman said: “A 24-year-old woman has been arrested by appointment at an east London police station. She is currently in custody.”

Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, has been remanded in custody charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Mr Fielder-Civil is due to appear in court next month.

He is also charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm.

Ms Winehouse has been in the headlines all year after reports of drug use, rehabilitation treatment and cancelled performances – as well as awards success and a best-selling album.

She also recently scrapped her tour after being told to take complete rest.

Troubled soul star Amy Winehouse has vowed to seek help for her drug addictions in the New Year – after enjoying a boozy Christmas. The Rehab singer has been battling substance abuse problems for several months, following her highly-publicized collapse from a drugs overdose in August.

Winehouse’s addiction has reportedly worsened since her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was incarcerated last month on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to a charge of grievous bodily harm. But a close pal reveals the star has promised to make amends in January, in an effort to get her career back on track. Winehouse was nominated for six Grammy Awards last week and is said to be “determined” to put on a good show at the Los Angeles ceremony in February.

The friend says, “Amy has agreed she will sort her life out in the New Year. She wants to give the performance of her life in L.A. But she’s going to throw a party over Christmas – which will probably be a messy affair.”

Amy Winehouse went to visit her husband in jail today around 1:00pm in London.  However, upon arriving at the jail, she was denied the ability to visit with her husband.

“They didn’t let her in because she was too late for visiting hours,” a source tells US magazine. “She begged and pleaded with wardens at the prison but they weren’t having any of it. The rules are the rules – if you’re late then you’re not going to get in. Visitors have to arrive before lunch is served. Clearly Amy didn’t drag herself out of bed in time.”

Winehouse, tired, emotional, and stressed-out, left the prison entrance looking close to tears. “This is f*ing s*,” she muttered to herself.

The “Rehab” singer, 24, soon found solace at a nearby convenience store, where she purchased two lemon and lime popsicles in spite of the winter weather.

Amy canceled her tour in order to “support” her husband. He is in jail for conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering.
