Troubled singer Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil could be moved from his London prison – after his mother submitted a formal request to have him relocated closer to his family.
Fielder-Civil is currently behind bars in London’s Pentonville Prison, where he is awaiting to stand trial on charges of perverting the course of justice relating to a previous charge of grievous bodily harm. But Georgette Fielder-Civil now wants her son to be moved to a prison in Nottinghamshire, closer to his family and away from Winehouse.
She says, “We’ve asked for Blake to be moved from London so we can visit him more easily. We want him nearer the family home, even if it means Amy won’t get to see him.” And Fielder-Civil insists if her son was moved out of London, Winehouse “wouldn’t be capable” of traveling to visit him. She adds, “She’s always late for the visits anyway and is often banned from seeing him. I can’t imagine she would be capable of getting herself on a train to visit him if he was moved out of London. But at least he would be nearer his mum, dad and two brothers.”

Amy Winehouse missed out on the chance to see her precious Blake Incarcerated yesterday, when she showed up late for a scheduled prison visit.
She arrived at Pentonville Prison with a red heart with Blake’s name in the middle of it, pinned onto her blouse. She was turned away at the gates because she missed her appointment.
A source tells the Sun, “Blake is getting really wound up by Amy. Her visits are less and less frequent – and when she does visit, she is late. “He has told Amy he wants a divorce. Part of that is about getting her to visit. But he’s closer to going through with his threat.”
Amy should get/stay clean and hook up with Mark Ronson.

Amy Winehouse is saying no, no, no to rehab — despite a report in a British paper today.
“Amy’s doing well. She is not going back to rehab at this time,” the Grammy-winner’s rep tells Usmagazine.com.
The Sun, citing sources, reported that Winehouse’s “management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel, but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.”
Rumors surfaced after Winehouse, who spent two weeks in treatment this past January, appeared in photos with her face covered in scabs. The Sun attributed her condition to drug use.
“The problem is that her face looks bad because of impetigo — it’s not a nice thing, but it’s not related to drugs,” her rep tells Us. “It’s a bacterial infection.”
For now, the 24-year-old is “having time off, recording a bit at her home studios, about to go back into the studio properly and working towards her husband’s freedom,” her rep says.
Blake Fielder-Civil, whom she married in Miami last May, has been in jail since Nov. 8 on assault and conspiracy charges.

The singer’s spotty skin shocked onlookers as it emerged she is to return to rehab, this time abroad.
Crack addict Amy Winehouse, whose looks have been ravaged by drugs, also had cuts on her arm as she popped out near her London home.
A source said: “Amy has admitted she needs to check into rehab again.
“There are too many temptations for her in the UK — people around her in London are making it impossible for her to stay clean for any length of time.
“Her management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.”

Amy Winehouse’s incarcerated husband has been reportedly begging her to secretly fund his drug habit.
Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, is currently behind bars in London’s Pentonville Prison but is still tying to smuggle heroin into the establishment, reports British newspaper The Sun. According to the publication, Fielder-Civil has asked the singer to make payments to another prisoner in a bid to fund his habit. And Pentonville’s head of security Andy Watts is already suspicious of the plot. He has written to Fielder-Civil’s solicitors, warning, “There is a strong and supported intelligence he is involved in attempting to smuggle drugs into the prison.” Fielder-Civil has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice and will stand trial in June.
The 25-year-old is accused of attempting to fix the outcome of a previous trial for grievous bodily harm.

Amy Winehouse’s new neighbors have had enough of the constant fuss that surrounds her. So much, that they’ve put their home up for sale just after six weeks of living next door to the troubled singer.
Amy moved into the quiet residential street in North London just six weeks ago, and she’s not making any friends. She’s often seen popping out for a late night snack with the paparazzi in tow, and also partying until the wee hours of the morning.
She can’t help the paparazzi part, she’s famous, and it comes with the territory…
A source said: “Enough is enough. The neighbors are fed up with the constant noise and ruckus.
“There is always loud music and parties with people coming and going until the small hours.
“Before Amy showed up it was a peaceful street with nice, quiet, normal neighbors.
“The owners are very concerned that their property would plummet in value.”

File this one under “Yeah right”.
Organizers of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute gala on May 5th might want to keep an eye on Amy Winehouse. A museum rep confirms to us that Winehouse has been asked to perform at the opening of the Armani-sponsored “Superheroes” exhibit, co-chaired by George Clooney, Julia Roberts and Anna Wintour.
But perhaps organizers haven’t seen that recent photo of the supposedly rehabbed Grammy-winner toting a bottle of vodka, or the one of her arms bearing curious scratches.
Winehouse’s rep assures us that the marks are from her kitty. As for the vodka, well, maybe it’s a good thing the Costume Institute has also reached out to other performers.
