According to Star, he’s quietly dating Amanda Seyfried!

Opposites attract? Well, maybe. But gorgeous Amanda Seyfried, 26 — who recently split from regular guy Andrew Joblon, a real estate exec, after five months together — and hunky Josh Hartnett just might be a perfect match. When the double-dated with “Dexter” costars (and back-on couple) Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont on Jan 28, “Amanda and Josh were so comfortable with each other,” and observer tells Star. He really seemed into her.” That might be why Josh, 33, has cooled it with model Sophia Lie, whom he was seeing for a year!

I like how Star just throws in there that Michael and Jennifer are back together as well. I hope that’s true, they made a cute couple. That was UNTIL Michael cheated on his wife with Julia Stiles (allegedly).

Anyway, I could totally see Josh and Amanda together – and how cute would they be! I think they would make a very hot couple. So here’s to the rumor being true!

Amanda Seyfried is busy filming her highly-publicised role of Linda Lovelace right now, but she took time to shoot the March 2012 cover of Glamour Magazine. The 26-year-old actress looks amazing in the Ellen von Unwerth shoot. In the interview, she talks about everything from playing a porn star to her ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper.

On watching Linda Lovelace’s famous porno Deep Throat:

“What surprised me is the amount of pubic hair! I’m pretty sure I would never do a full frontal in a movie—for personal reasons, I wouldn’t really want to show that.”

On whether ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper was the last guy she loved:

“My God, yeah. He was my last real boyfriend. We still joke about having kids, like, ‘If it doesn’t work out with other people, we might as well just have a child.’ And there’s a part of that that feels…possible.”

On if she is going through a twenties slut phase:

“No! I’m terrified of being promiscuous. I don’t like the feeling you get when it’s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward. It’s just uncomfortable when you’re with somebody and you’re like, ‘I don’t really know if I’m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!’ I think dating can come without sex.”

On why she would never date her In Time co-star, Justin Timberlake:

“Oh, I think any female that meets him at first is like, ‘I want to date you.’ He seems so perfect, but you get to know him, and he’s a good pal. He’ll tell you what he really feels. But, you know, he’s really famous, which has its downsides.”

On having kids and commitment:

“Oh yeah, I think about kids all the time. I feel like the next person I commit to, that’s going to be the guy who I’m going to have kids with. That’s in my crazy female brain. So that’s why I’m like, ‘I can’t commit.’ ”

On if she feels competitive with other young actresses:

“Yeah, sometimes. But the funny thing is, the girls that I’m always up against for roles are pretty nice and cool, like Emma Watson. She’s awesome. She’s really funny and smart. And Carey Mulligan. It’s flattering to be up against her because she’s really good, and she’s cool too…I think the era of the diva actress is coming to an end.”

Amanda Seyfried was spotted over the weekend on the set of her new film, ‘Lovelace’ in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old actress was joined by costars Peter Sarsgaard and Chris Noth.

Amanda plays porn star Linda Lovelace in the new biopic. While there’s going to be nudity in the film (obviously) – no word yet on whether or not Amanda will take her clothes off. “Thematically, it’s talking about how abusive the porn industry was to Linda Lovelace,” Lovelace production company exec Patrick Muldoon told E!. “Yes, there’s a lot of nudity, but it’s a message movie about respecting women.”

Amanda Seyfried showed up on set yesterday dressed as a porn star, circa 1971! The 26-year-old actress is playing legendary adult film star Linda Lovelace in the new biopic. Here’s our first look at Amanda as Linda!

Lindsay Lohan was originally lined up to star as Linda, until her legal meltdown occured back in June 2010. After Lindsay was dropped, producers considered Olivia Wilde, Kate Hudson and Malin Ackerman for the role. In November Amanda was officially offered the part.

Taylor Swift is making a major career move! According to BroadwayWorld.com, the country singer has been offered the role of Eponine in the star-studded film adaptation of the musical ‘Les Miserables’. Amanda Seyfried has been offered the role of Cosette.

If a rumor first reported by the NY Post in late November is true, Swift’s casting represents not only a major step in her acting career but also a major and perhaps unexpected victory over a number of star actresses vying for the part in the Tom Hooper-directed film. The Post reported that Scarlett Johansson, Lea Michele and Evan Rachel Wood were all auditioning for the role as the daughter of the Mr. and Mrs. Thernardier, who will be played by Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen. To date, Swift’s acting has largely been confined to music videos, a part in “Valentine’s Day,” a guest spot on “CSI” and upcoming voice acting in “The Lorax.”

Seyfried, who is classically trained as an opera singer and appeared in the film musical “Mamma Mia!,” also has an interesting challenge ahead of her: she will be portraying the daughter of Fantine, who is to be played Anne Hathaway, who is just three years her elder.

The stars round out a cast that also features Hugh Jackman in the lead role of Jean Valjean and Russell Crowe as Inspector Javert. Eddie Redmayne, who was seen this fall opposite Michelle Williams in “My Week With Marilyn,” has been cast as Marius, which given the casting of Swift and Seyfried, continuing his streak of epic good luck.
