Madonna and Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez sneaked off to Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld’s 12-acre, waterfront Hamptons mansion last week, The New York Post reports.

According to The Post, a helicopter carrying Rodriguez was spotted landing in East Hampton, where he was picked up Oct. 21 in a white Porsche 911 matching the description of Jessica’s car.

Less than 40 minutes later, another chopper carrying Madonna took off from NYC’s Chelsea Piers and landed at the same airstrip, the paper reports.

“A dark SUV and Jerry in another Porsche both pulled up and picked up Madonna, and they headed back to Jerry’s place,” a witness tells The Post. “When they arrived at the Seinfeld home, Madonna poked her head out the window and could be clearly seen.”

The visit lasted a few hours.

Is it odd Madonna and Rodriguez chilled with the Seinfelds?

Not really.

“The Seinfelds have been friends with Madonna for years. They’re neighbors on the West Side, so it’s really no surprise,” an insider tells the paper. “And Jerry and Jessica go to her concerts whenever she’s in town.”

Reps for Jerry Seinfeld and Rodriguez had no comment. Madonna’s rep said she was unaware of the meeting.

Guy Ritchie struck out, but A-Rod is just stepping up to the plate.

Madonna’s fairy-tale marriage with the British filmmaker came to a disastrous end because she got way too cozy with the Yankee superstar, sources told The Post yesterday.

Alex Rodriguez was so smitten with the pop queen that they discussed opening a chain of gyms together. He even attended Yom Kippur services with her and her three children in Times Square last week – sans “Snatch” director Ritchie.

“Things got to a breaking point about a month ago,” an insider told The Post. “And they [Madonna and Ritchie] did an intensive, two-week kabbalah course. That didn’t work.”

After months of rumors that Madonna’s marriage was in trouble, the singer’s rep, Liz Rosenberg, finally confirmed that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are calling it quits.

Now that divorce is imminent, it’s inevitable Madonna’s relationship with Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez is going to be scrutinized all over. His appearance at her Oct. 12 concert in New York City doesn’t help the situation.

“Before the show (Rodriguez) wasn’t there, but after the lights went down and she started singing, he came in and sat front and center,” says a source who sat near A-Rod.

Madonna’s plans with A-Rod extend beyond the concert: the singer is reportedly planning a trip to Malawi when her “Sticky & Sweet” tour ends, and A-Rod is said to be joining her. The trip is meant to be a fact-finding mission to raise awareness for Madonna’s Raising Malawi charity (a rep for Raising Malawi didn’t comment by deadline).

A source from the Kabbalah Centre in New York City says that before that trip, “expect them to make a public appearance together at the Kabbalah Centre here.”

As Madonna announces her divorce from husband Guy Ritchie, a source close to the singer tells Usmagazine.com she and the New York Yankees slugger “are definitely romantic.”

“Guy is not involved in this equation,” the insider tells Usmagazine.com. “With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven’t been ‘together’ for over a year – they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing.”

An A-Rod source tells Us, “A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever.

“Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna’s in.”

The source tells Us six days ago that Madonna — who dined with Rodriguez Oct. 2 at Dos Caminos in NYC — “has agreed to be discreet about her relationship with A-Rod until her tour ends and a divorce is announced.”

Madonna has been linked to Rodriguez since early July when Us Weekly broke the news that he had been making late-night visits to her Central Park West apartment in New York City.

He would sneak out “as late as midnight,” an insider told Us.

Around the time, Rodriguez’s wife, Cynthia, filed for divorce because of Rodriguez’s alleged extramarital affairs.

Madonna vehemently denied a fling, but Cynthia’s attorney said she had an “affair of the heart” with the ball player.

Alex Rodriguez and his estranged wife Cynthia have settled their divorce, says the New York Daily News. The settlement brings an end to the ex-couple’s five year marriage, as well as their months-long public fallout which saw various reports link the Yankees all-star to Madonna.

“Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings,” A-Rod’s lawyer, Alan Kluger, said in a statement.

Kluger didn’t divulge details of the settlement.

Alex and Cynthia have two young daughters together. Last month, the NYDN reported that the ex-couple was quietly negotiating the divorce deal to protect their children.

Prior to that, A-Rod filed court papers requesting that his prenup be enforced and that allegations of “extramarital affairs and other misconduct” be stricken from the record.

After nearly four weeks of silence, New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez stepped up to the plate Thursday and responded to his wife’s demand for divorce.

In the documents – expected to be filed Thursday morning – A-Rod admits the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” But he points out that Florida is a “no fault state” and chastises his estranged wife, Cynthia Rodriguez, for mentioning “immaterial and impertinent” issues like his alleged “extra marital affairs and other marital misconduct.”

Although Madonna was not mentioned in Cynthia’s court documents – filed July 7 – her attorney called the Yankee’s association with the singer an “affair of the heart” and “the last straw.”

In Cynthia’s filing – which claimed “emotional abandonment” – she asked to keep their $12 million Coral Gables mansion. The mother of his two children, Natasha, 3, and Ella, three months, also wants a cut of his earnings during their marriage.

But, in A-Rod’s response, he argues that the divorce settlement should be determined by their prenup, which Cynthia signed a month before their 2002 wedding.

According to the documents, she did so “with the assistance of counsel of her own choosing, freely and voluntarily … and with full and complete financial disclosure of husband’s income, assets and liabilities.”

Regarding the children, A-Rod seeks shared parental responsibility for their “wealth, health, education and religious upbringing.” (There’s no mention of Kabbalah, the mystical Jewish teachings that, sources say, helped foster a bond between A-Rod and Madonna. The pop icon has denied the alleged affair.)

A-Rod admits Cynthia is a “loving and nurturing mother.” In the filing, he suggests the two work out a time-sharing custody schedule without the court’s intervention.

According to his attorneys, Alan Kluger and Jason Marks, “husband requests that both parties are designated as ‘co-residential’ parents, realizing that the children are likely to spend more time with wife given the realities of husband’s professional life.”

A-Rod acknowledges he should pay child support – and asks the court to determine a fair amount.
