And the Shia LaBeouf circus continues!

Alec Baldwin has gone on the record saing that he is “very disappointed” with Shia after he tweeted private emails between himself, director David O. Sullivan, Alec, and Tom Sturridge earlier in the week.

The veteran actor said:

“Regarding of what people feel about the events that happened, you expect communications to be private, because everyone wants this process to be as collegial as possible. Everyone is very sad about what’s happened.”

Well put, Alec! Where Baldwin values his privacy what is more surprising is writer Tom Chiarella‘s response to Shia plagiarizing his words in one of the leaked emails. The man that helped Shia explain his reasons for his inglorious broadway exit isn’t angry about the word thief, but actually “kind of flattered.”

In a written response, Tom said,

“I can’t make myself care too much about Shia LaBeouf plagiarizing my words in his letter to Alec Baldwin over some spat over some play. He loaded a few paragraphs of what I wrote in a 2009 issue of Esquire into his cannons, attached them to the phrase ‘What I know of men’ and then fired straight into the broadside of the HMS Baldwin. And with that, it seems, the battle between the two of them quelled. What can I say? Am I outraged? Of course not. It actually makes me happy that my words were some succor to the kid, that he found them wise enough (or high enough on the Google Search anyway) to foist them off as his own. Any writer wants to be read, remembered, considered. A late-night e-mail, double-spaced, vaguely bullet-pointed—this too is a kind of literary memory, I guess, especially when you leak it on twitter a magnanimous self.”

Shia is a lucky, lucky dude. Agreed?

There’s a baby on the way for Alec Baldwin and his new wife Hilaria Thomas! In Touch is reporting that the ’30 Rock’ actor and his yoga-training wife are expecting their first child. “Hilaria has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts,” a good friend of Hilaria’s tells In Touch.

The pair, who began dating in 2011, wed in June 2012 in New York City. Last year, the 30 Rock actor, 54, admitted to television personality Piers Morgan that more kids were definitely in the cards for him since meeting Hilaria.

“Have I thought about having more kids? Oh sure, that would be great, that would be heaven, that would be fantastic,” he said. And apparently he’s just as thrilled about the news now that it’s happened.

“They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her,” Hilaria’s friend gushes. “She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him.”

Recent photos of the fitness instructor have hinted at her pregnancy, as her stomach has been showing the slightest hint of a baby bump.

“[Hilaria] has not said much to anyone as far as how far along she is,” our insider says. “She is so healthy and a yoga freak, so everyone could tell right away something was different.”

Alec Baldwin was ready to leave 30 Rock after the fifth season because he thought the show was in a steep creative decline. “It was the low point,” he tells the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. “Though even anemic 30 Rock writing is still better than everybody else’s writing. I go, ‘I’m going to get the f–k out of here, I’m done,’ because I’m an employee, I don’t have any say. So Season Five ends, and I’m saying ‘Next year, I’m done,’ then I come back, and Season Six is really good, we all had fun again.”

Around that time, Baldwin met his second wife and suddenly felt little desire to abandon his routine in New York. “F–k, I’ll stay here seasons Nine, 10 and 11,” he remembers thinking, noting that the show signed him for a possible Season 8. “I don’t think they wanted me,” he says. “They just wanted to know they had the option to have me.”

After an abbreviated seventh season, 30 Rock will now end on January 31st. Despite his eagerness to continue, Baldwin recognizes that the birth of Fey’s second child in 2011 made her life even more hectic. “Tina always had her antenna up,” he says. “But this year was the first time she came in and laid down on the couch on set, and you could tell, she’s a mom. She’s f–king wiped out.”

Exhaustion aside, Fey is extremely proud that 30 Rock stayed on the air for seven seasons despite low ratings. “I feel like we made a lot of good episodes of the kind of show that usually gets cancelled,” she says. “The kind where there’s 20 episodes and ‘only me and my hipster friends know about it.’ That part’s still true. But we made about 140 of them!”

Ireland Baldwin is the 16-year-old daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin. The daughter of the famous actors shared a picture of herself with her 20,000 followers over the weekend, showing off a teenie bikini.

The teenager stripped down to show off her six pack, and hid her face behind a red baseball cap with the word ‘play’ printed on it.

She wrote, “I stoleeeee your snapback HA #minenow #lamemirrorpic #bahaha”. (sic)

Alec Baldwin has a rebuttal to his lovely paparazzi brutality incident yesterday…

Baldwin insists he’s not in the business of attaching a photographer at a courthouse for absolutely no reason, claiming he only went after the crew of photographers yesterday because he was specifically provoked by New York Daily News photographer Marcus Santos.  Baldwin says that Santos lunged at him as he was leaving a NYC courthouse yesterday and almost hit him in the teeth with the lens of his camera.

“People think I’m out there just decking photographers willy-nilly,” Baldwin says.  “Nothing could be further from the truth.”

Baldwin admits he’s in the wrong (after all, he did hit the guy), but says he’s confident that he was justified in his actions…or else he would have left the paparazzo alone.  In fact, the television star says that Santos and he have a history: that Santos has “baited me before” and even camped out in front of his house.

Who do you believe? I want to side with Baldwin (paparazzi seem annying) but we all know Alec has a bit of a temper on him…

I love Alec Baldwin, but he has serious anger issues.

This morning, the 30 Rock star punched a Daily News photographer in the chin for taking his picture outside New York’s city Marriage License Bureau! The photographer, Marcus Santos, was trying to get a shot of Baldwin and his fiance, Hilaria Thomas, outside the Worth St. office. Thomas and Baldwin had just obtained their license and were exiting the building.

Santos was outside with a couple of other photographers as Baldwin grabbed another photographer, Jefferson Siegel, and told the paparazzi to “step back,” Santos tells New York Daily News.

“’He was looking mad,” said Santos. “I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming. He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me — one time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way.”

Then Baldwin just left!  Yikes.  Later, via Twitter, Baldwin said, “A ‘photographer’ almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning. #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded”

In the new film Rock of Ages, comedian Russell Brand shares a steamy smooch with costar Alec Baldwin!

His thoughts on Alec? Well, that he’s a way sexy dude, and a way sexy dude can’t help but give a way sexy smooch!

“I get to kiss Alec Baldwin in it. It is right on the mouth. It is sexy because Alec is a sexy man.”

But that’s not the only celeb Brand thinks is sexy.  When asked about Kim Kardashian, Brand said,

“Kim Kardashian, I don’t know her but judging from her physical form, she’s a highly attractive human being.”

We get it, you like sexy, sexy people, Russell!

But back to Baldwin: I can’t wait to see this film, and I’m not even sure why the two characters would kiss each other (I can only imagine).  Anyhow, Brand will be hosting the MTV Video Music awards later this year, and I think that the audience might be in for some surprises.  Perhaps, another Baldwin/Brand smooch?

We’re baffled why Brand ever let the divine Katy Perry go, but he’s still making us laugh- and that’s what counts!
