There have been hints of marital trouble in the past. They were true: ‘Bachelor’ Bob Guiney is officially heading back to bachelorhood.

Guiney’s wife of five years, ‘All My Children’ actress Rebecca Budig filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, according to People.com.

It’s been a long time coming since the proverbial rose ceremony in this relationship featuring the lovable ‘Bachelor’ from Season 4. Sources told the website in January that the two were on the outs.

“Lately it’s become clear that nothing is going to save this,” a sorrowful friend of Budig said at the time. “They’ve just grown apart and are no longer the people they were when they got married.”
The couple did agree on an exclusive joint statement to the website at the time, but even that was etched in reality show tragedy: “We love each other very much. We are best friends and don’t know what the future holds.”

At the time, Budig attended a public event noticeably not wearing her wedding ring.

“I was late and ran out the door and just forgot to put it on,” she told a reporter at the time. In retrospect, that might not have been fully truthful.

While Rozlyn Papa may have been Jake Pavelka’s most controversial potential paramour, she’s not a porn star.

A 15-second dirty video that went live on (NSFW site!) Pornhub.com today may look like her, but the blond woman shown “is clearly not her,” her rep, Stacie Vanchieri, tells E! News exclusively.

“I’ve seen the tape,” she continues. “Anyone who has met her once would know it’s not her. The woman has a different body, hands, face, everything.”

Indeed, the fast flick shows a seemingly much more flat-chested woman than the 29-year-old reality star.

“The woman looks directly into the camera and is definitely not Rozlyn,” Vanchieri claims. “The tape looks like it was done as porn to be sold, not a private moment captured on tape…It so clearly seems someone is trying to ruin her. I don’t know why someone would do this to her—she has to take her son to school in the mornings.”

Papa, who continues to deny any sort of affair with a producer on the ABC reality show, told us last week that she’d heard some buzz about sex tapes starring her and was having her lawyer get to the bottom of it.

“Whoever it is that’s shopping around is also the guy who’s shopped around other fake celebrity sex tapes,” she said. “I don’t want to say too much about it, except that as far as I know, it’s a hoax.

” While Papa’s lawyer is taking the necessary steps to have the video removed from the website—or at least his client’s name removed—the model is doing her best to keep her head held high.

“She’s upset but she’s a strong cookie,” Vanchieri says. “She knew there was never a sex tape but now it’s kind of a relief to her that it’s out there and so clearly not her.”

Taunting Ali Was Part of Vienna’s Winning Strategy, according to the latest issue of US Weekly.

Bachelor winner Vienna Girardi, 23, complained on the March 1 finale that her fellow contestants – particularly Ali Fedotowsky, 25 – hated her, but perhaps the animosity was deserved.

“You don’t see the things Vienna said to me. They were very hurtful,” Fedotowsky, ABC’s new Bachelorette, said on After The Final Rose March 1. Indeed, in the new issue of Us Weekly, one of the season’s contestants, says that the fan fave took Girardi’s insults personally.

“Vienna would always thank us for coming to her ‘bachelorette’ or ‘engagement party,’ then tell us we were all going home,” the contestant tells Us. “Ali would just call her out on it.”

The fiercely competitive Girardi (“she always had to one-up people,” another show castoff recounts) quickly recognized Fedotowsky as her main obstacle to winning the heart of pilot Jake Pavelka, 32.

“Vienna would say to Ali that she was going to shake her boobs in Jake’s face,” explains another show insider.

“I think Jake hasn’t ever been with a girl like Vienna and is experiencing a ‘wild side,’” a source observes. “Once she figured that out, maybe she was a little more seductive.”

Ali Fedotowsky has been named the star of the new season of The Bachelorette.

The announcement was made during Monday night’s Bachelor finale.

“I’m so excited!” she told host Chris Harrison. “I am so thrilled and honored and grateful. I just can’t believe it.”

Told that America has fallen for her, she replied, “I feel so blessed.”

When she was first approached to do the show, she said she felt “scared. I realize I am not going to let my fear dictate my life anymore. I want to fall in love, have kids, all of that. I am not going to make the same mistake I made before.”

The 25-year-old Fedotowsky — a San Francisco-based advertising accounts manager for Facebook — was one of Bachelor Jake Pavelka’s frontrunners until she abruptly left the show to save her job.

On the recent Women Tell All special, she expressed regret for her decision.

“If I could go back and do it differently, I would,” she said, adding: “On my death bed, I don’t want to look back and say I didn’t love enough … If I knew what I know now, would I chose love over work? Yes.”

She previously told E! being the star of The Bachelorette would be “so exciting and wonderful.”

The only downfall?

“I’d have a really difficult time and I’d have to have some really deep conversations to go for anyone,” she said. “I don’t know how good I would be because I might just be drilling everyone.”

Ali’s journey begins May 24.

Bachelor Jake Pavelka doesn’t care if people don’t get why he proposed to Vienna Girardi on Monday’s finale.

“People don’t understand why Vienna and are together, and that’s OK,” he said on the After the Final Rose special. “I do – and that’s the important thing.”

Girardi, 23, said when Pavelka, 32, popped the question, “It was just magical.”

She called the moment her ultimate “fantasy, everything I wanted in life.” As she was walking up to Pavelka moments before he proposed, she said she thought, “I couldn’t imagine my life without him.”

Pavelka said that moment was “amazing … It was great to finally say, ‘I love you,’ and get it out there.”

So what’s next for the two?

“We’ve talked about getting married, but we haven’t set a date just yet,” said Pavelka, who will return for a romantic trip to the island of St. Lucia with Girardi, courtesy of ABC.

Girardi said she plans to move to Dallas – where Pavelka, a pilot, resides – immediately.

Pavelka said it’ll be “a good change.”

Girardi, who has had to keep their romance quiet for months leading up to the finale, said she is excited to have “some normalcy in our life.”

She said “it’s been really, really hard” keeping their relationship secret.

“We’re finally able to go out in the real world,” she said. “It’s going to be nice!”
