Michael Lohan has been subpoenaed in TLC’s lawsuit against his one-time friend, Jon Gosselin, Radar Online reported.

Lohan, who may be the target of legal action himself in the coming weeks, told the site that Gosselin “did deals with [him].”

“I was working on a deal with him for a Nutrisystem endorsement and a book deal. He got paid a lot of money for different promotions, clubs, magazines, and by a TV network,” Michael claimed. “At times he said what we were doing was OK; at times he said it was a problem.”

Lohan also alleged that his former friend was paid in cash for many appearances. The pair were formerly planning a reality show called the “Divorced Dad’s Club,” which fell apart in recent weeks.

Gosselin is being sued for breach of contract by TLC. The status of his show with the network, “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ (which the cable channel announced in September was set to be renamed “Kate Plus 8″), remains up in the air.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a judge granted motions for the network’s lawyers to depose Lohan, along with Hailey Glassman and members of Gosselin’s staff.

Gosselin’s lawyer previously told Access the allegations were a “baseless action.”

As for Lohan’s own possible legal drama, daughter Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, previously told Access that reports that the young star would file a cease and desist or restraining order against her outspoken father were “not true.” However, mom  Dina Lohan told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on Monday that her other daughter, Ali, would be seeking a restraining order against her father.

In his first interview since son Jett’s tragic death last January, Scientologist John Travolta says he and his family are relying on almost daily religious counseling sessions to help them cope.

Since the 16-year-old boy died following a seizure, “We’ve been working very hard every day as a family to heal,” Travolta said during a round-table interview (per USA Today) with the cast of his latest film, Old Dogs (out Nov. 25), which also stars wife Kelly Preston and daughter, Ella, 9. “We have our own way of doing it, and it has been helping.”

Travolta, 45, said he has been overwhelmed by all the support.

“You need your friends a lot in times like that,” he said.

Preston, 47, added that the “outpouring of love from, really, worldwide has been extraordinary. It’s been our friends, our family, our church. We partake in spiritual counseling pretty much daily.”

Still, she said, “It’s a tricky thing. Sometimes, something that’s right for the moment is not right the next day. Being with people who are important to you, being with people that you love, I think that’s what has primarily helped us the most. Sometimes, being alone, too.”

Though the family has been in relative seclusion, Travolta said he is speaking out now to draw attention to his daughter’s film debut in Old Dogs.

Said the actor, “We decided it was OK to come out and promote, to introduce her to the world and to give her a beautiful future in film.”

Travolta and Preston declined to comment on an extortion case involving a former Bahamian senator and a paramedic who are accused of demanding $25 million from the family with information about Jett’s death.

In his extortion trial testimony, Travolta admitted for the first time that his son Jett had autism. He is believed to have kept his son’s condition a secret because of the way Scientologists view illness.

A mistrial was declared this past October. A retrial has been ordered.

A thin-framed Lindsay Lohan was spotted crying during an outing at LA’s Crow Bar.

As the 23-year-old actress — in leggings, strappy stilettos and a black jacket covering a dotted blouse — exited the club around 2:30 a.m., she covered her face.

By Saturday, she seemed to be in better spirits, squeezing in some retail therapy at West Hollywood boutique Church.

The actress is currently in a war of words with father Michael, who continues to release disturbing old taped phone calls of his daughter unless she goes to rehab.

One 2008 conversation includes words from Lindsay’s mom Dina about her struggles to get their daughter to go to rehab.

“She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car … like you don’t know the [expletive] I went through,” Dina says.

Lindsay fired back on her Twitter page late last week.

“Its so sad that I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven’t had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. in years. That is the truth. Xox,” she Twittered. “I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times & to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what!”

She also called him a “loser,” adding that “Those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them….”

Bruce Willis will never resort to cosmetic surgery to retain his good looks – because he “really doesn’t care” about his appearance.

The Die Hard star, whose ex-wife Demi Moore is rumored to have spent thousands of dollars on improving her body, admits he doesn’t indulge in a skin care routine – and he would never consider going under the knife.

He tells Fox News, “Cosmetic stuff, I am not a fan of it and I know a lot of people are. It’s a big business and anytime you can make a lot of money off something it is going to stick around. I don’t plan on cutting myself up, you would be surprised, there are a lot of male actors that think about it just as much as women do. I don’t think about it very often. I don’t really care.”

But the 54 year old, who wed 31 year old model Emma Heming earlier this year, is adamant he is still in good shape – and feels about half his age.

He adds, “I am surprised when I’m reminded of my age. I still feel like I’m about twenty four years old. I could still whoop a lot of guys a**es if I have to.”
